I've been a loyal customer of Best Tickets for some years now and the customer service they offer is outstanding. You just let them know which event you are looking to attend and your price range and I can assure you that you won't find a better deal anywhere else. Also, they don't trick you with a bunch of extra fees like Ticketmaster or other online pages. Plus a really nice perk of Best Tickets is that if you are going to a Spurs game or concert at the Frost Bank, their store is open and they have a wall full of complimentary beer and seltzers for their customers. Definitely give these guys a chance next time you are looking for tickets!

This hidden happening place is the perfect pre-game or pre-concert spot on AT&T Center Parkway. You can call beforehand or buy tickets online. If it's a last minute purchase you can often buy tickets here just before the event, too. It really all depends on the event popularity and seats available of course. The staff is friendly and pleasant with each customer. The highlight is when they invite you into their Lounge, so it's a good idea to beat the event traffic and get here early! You can buy an AT&T Center Parking Pass with your tickets too. There is not much parking outside the shop, but if you get there at least an hour before the event you should be good. Sitting in their comfy lounge is intimate and makes for a great place to surprise a date. You can choose from a plethora of beers that they have stocked on their back wall fridge. So grab a BT koozie, and select one of the many complimentary beer choices! Practice that "Go Spurs Go" chant with your friends on the way to the game and you are ready to catch the action!

Prepaid garage or valet parking options are available as well as a convenient parking lot a short walk away. The show was loud, especially for an acoustic performance, but the sound quality was great. Overall, there is a variety of price points, so you can splurge on club seating with table service, or choose the balcony to save the piggy bank. We sat in the mezzanine section however next time I would prefer to sit closer to the stage. While some of the ticket prices were on the high side, you can sign up for the newsletter to receive discounts on upcoming shows. The price of drinks was outrageous but sadly typical for a concert. I did not order food or beverages but be sure you view the menu / price list ahead of your visit. There was no meet & greet or photo opportunity offered for this event but I hope that is an option at future events. Definitely consider the Tobin when your favorite band is in town!

I will say if you go for an orchestra, avoid the lower orchestra outer edge seats as there's no exit aisle. You have to walk past your entire row to get to the spot if you are a bigger man. Most shows will have an intermission which allows you to get up, use RR, grab a quick snack and get back to your seat in time for the action. Modern meets classic. Classic exterior, modern exterior and interior. I suggest coming for a classical music performance and when coming with a date, sit in the mezzanine. Great view and feels more intimate.

We walked through the Japanese Garden, Rose Garden, an adorable set up of a water conservation garden, cacti/succulent garden and had a relaxing break on the swing facing the pond filled with turtles and ducks. Make sure you stop inside the high humidity garden and the indoor cacti garden with a unique display of various cacti. There is also a really nice children's garden/area and the botanical garden is child friendly in general. There are a lot of spots to enjoy your lunch. I suggest bringing snacks or your lunch. I didn't see any places to purchase food. Parking is free. We visited midweek and it was pretty mellow. A gift shop is located at the entrance. Overall, this botanical garden is at the top of my list and it's definitely worth a visit.

Parking was plentiful and easy. Entry is $18 per adult, $16 with military discount. The park is well paved and divided into themed sections. See pic of map below. And in addition, there were 11 beautiful art installations related to plants throughout the park to admire and take pics. Love the symbiotic flow between garden and art. I really enjoyed Pineywoods Lake- gorgeous wooded area with cabins, and lots of benches to sit, relax, and enjoy nature. Vibrant cardinals high up in the trees were singing and turtles were lounging and catching sun rays on a small island in the middle of the lake. Another fave was the Lucile Halsey Conservatory area. The multi color Flowy Flora in Flight resides there and caught my eye. The area also housed the Desert pavilion, fern grotto, tropical conservatory, and palm and cycad pavilion. So many interesting plants and landscaped in a meticulous manner. Couldn't get enough : D Plan to spend about 2-2 1/2 hours and we brought lunch and had a nice picnic near the lake. Cute gift shop and coffee near entrance. I'll be back.
