Feeling extremely awkward, I came in the next day for my scheduled appointment only to listen to her complaints about my husband. I did not feel comfortable staying. I'm a recent breast cancer survivor and don't need the added stress. However, I was still charged the $120.00 for a 90 minute massage I did not receive. I was humiliated and shamed. I will take every opportunity to share this story with others as well as alert all of the friends and clients I have referred. As a Master Trainer working with the public and partnering with many licensed Massage Therapists over the years, not once have I ever witnessed such extreme unprofessionalism.
