When the power washer was supposed to come, the owner informed us that person's family was impacted by the hurricane that hit North Carolina and would be delayed on that part of the contract. I agreed since that was an act of nature that impacted his worker. Then after a few weeks, I tried calling, texting, emailing multiple times to no response. Eventually I got ahold of him after 2 months and he had said he had COVID and was hospitalized. Now it has been another month since our last contact from the business owner and there has been no further outreach regarding finishing the contract. The screens part of the installation was nice, but our frame still looks like shit since it still hasn't been power washed. I am torn, but due to the continuous lack of communication and not completing the job we contracted, I can't recommend this business at this time.

They were all quite costly for what I wanted in my opinion. My friend told me about this company and how they were the most affordable screen place she found when she was getting her patio screened in. The process was pretty easy and the office manager Michelle was awesome! She was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. She was even very accommodating in having the technician text me when they were on their way. They completed the job within 2 hours, which I thought was pretty fast. And it looks absolutely amazing! I'm so obsessed with just the quality of craftsmanship. I also opted for the smaller screen holes so that nothing can get in. If you are allergic to mosquitos like me, I would highly recommend requesting the smaller hole screen. It's a slight up charge but so worth. And their prices are incredibly affordable! Other companies I reached out to were charging at least several hundred dollars more than what this company quoted me. I definitely recommend using All My Sons Aluminum if you need screeners. He has never returned like he said,to seal and he would not returned mine or Rich's calls. I used him as he did a good job for Rich for a great price. My price was high but thought I would get a good job. No sand was ever put between the pavers on the back porch, nor front porch and never sealed. He works under some one else's license. 1 Star -- Poor Communication, Delays, and Disappointing Outcome…read more In my experience, Orlando Deck & Dock significantly underestimated my project timeline. The project ultimately took over 19 months. Communication throughout the process was, in my opinion, very poor. I frequently had to follow up just to get basic updates, which became frustrating over time. There were also issues with the permitting process that, from my perspective, were not handled properly. The permit professional they referred me to was not able to effectively manage the process, in my experience, so I hired another permit professional at an additional cost of about $1,500 to resolve the issues. Before the project began, I was able to dock my boat along the shoreline. After construction of the seawall, I can no longer dock it the same way, and it now sits several feet off the wall. This result did not align with what I expected based on prior discussions. When I raised concerns, I did not feel they were addressed adequately, and communication became more difficult. Ultimately, I chose to end the relationship before the dock portion of the project was completed due to lack of confidence in the process. In my opinion, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not use this company again. I would encourage others to carefully evaluate their options before moving forward.
