The owner was friendly and offered a good price with a good estimated turnaround time for the job to be completed. When the power washer was supposed to come, the owner informed us that person's family was impacted by the hurricane that hit North Carolina and would be delayed on that part of the contract. I agreed since that was an act of nature that impacted his worker. Then after a few weeks, I tried calling, texting, emailing multiple times to no response. Eventually I got ahold of him after 2 months and he had said he had COVID and was hospitalized. Now it has been another month since our last contact from the business owner and there has been no further outreach regarding finishing the contract. The screens part of the installation was nice, but our frame still looks like shit since it still hasn't been power washed. I am torn, but due to the continuous lack of communication and not completing the job we contracted, I can't recommend this business at this time.

If you need your patio, porch, balcony, or pool screened in, All My Sons Aluminum is the company…read morethat you need for the job. They are a local family operated company out of Geneva, so all the more reason to support them! I've been contemplating on getting my balcony screened in and called several companies for quotes. They were all quite costly for what I wanted in my opinion. My friend told me about this company and how they were the most affordable screen place she found when she was getting her patio screened in. The process was pretty easy and the office manager Michelle was awesome! She was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. She was even very accommodating in having the technician text me when they were on their way. They completed the job within 2 hours, which I thought was pretty fast. And it looks absolutely amazing! I'm so obsessed with just the quality of craftsmanship. I also opted for the smaller screen holes so that nothing can get in. If you are allergic to mosquitos like me, I would highly recommend requesting the smaller hole screen. It's a slight up charge but so worth. And their prices are incredibly affordable! Other companies I reached out to were charging at least several hundred dollars more than what this company quoted me. I definitely recommend using All My Sons Aluminum if you need screeners. They were so great to work with and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

Nick and his colleague worked hard to get the job done well and even worked through the rain (not for the roof, which would have been dangerous, but on the risers). And the price was excellent! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They have the worse customer service and communication and will dodge…read moreyou if you need repairs done from their work. I am not the type to leave reviews but I do not want this to happen to someone else. My mom who is a school teacher, saved up to have her screened-in lanai built by Makro contractor. Last year October 2019 Makro built a screen-in patio and 10 days later it rained and began to leak through several parts of the patio roof which includes two fans. They came back to "fix" the issue and when it rained later that week, it leaked again. They came back maybe three different times to "fix" the leaks and nothing has been resolved It's been almost a year since it has been built and it's been leaking ever since. I have made several attempts to communicate with them to come fix the issue. All they did was give me excuses after excuses and some times no reply. It's funny how when you initially hire them, they are eager to assist you, but now that there is a problem with their services, they don't want to stand by their product. At this point I do not trust their work and I can see from the second floor window inside the house that the material is rotting (and the contract states lifetime warranty on material). My mother deserves a FULL refund from Makro

In total we had 8 screens replaced and are very happy. Quality of work was great and both installers Mike and Andrew were professional and courteous. Communication was not great, I had to follow up with them several times, but once I brought the issue up to the manager, they were good at following up and therefore, I am giving them a 5 star rating and recommend to anyone looking to have their screens replaced. I will use them again. My only complaint, and maybe something for them to improve on, is that when you call the number on the website and the one linked on their Yelp profile no one answer the phone with the company name, they simply answer with "hello" so at first, you think you have the wrong number and want to hang up.

I hired The Brothers That Just Do Gutters for what was presented as a premium gutter installation,…read morebut my experience was disappointing. After installation, I found damage and deformation in parts of the gutter system. I also had an issue with downspout placement that led to damage and a safety concern requiring outside professionals to address. Two professionals indicated the issue appeared related to the gutter or downspout installation. I provided photos, documentation, and outside professional input, but the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. There is no reason for a homeowner to create a dispute like this without cause. In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.
