Bradd has excellent service and extreme attention to detail. His quote was thorough and explained all parts of exterior paint well. We are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend his services! Also thrilled to support a veteran. Amazing work, Bradd! read more

Bradd's reputation proceeded him and I am so glad that we contracted him to paint our house exterior. It was long overdue and as we did the preliminary walk around, he pointed out details due to his experience. His work is meticulous and he spent almost as much time prepping as he did painting which made for a even better result. I couldn't be happier and will be using him again in the future when we take on the inside. read more

I saw Prime Painting in my neighborhood and was impressed with the homes they were painting. I called and had Bradd came out to give us a quote on painting our home. He walked us through the process and explained that his team really focused on the prep of the home so the paint job turns out great. We scheduled the job and they arrived on time and power washed the home the first day. Taped, chalked and prepped the second day. Third day was paint and the fourth was half day touch up and clean up which included power washing all my concrete. We were really impressed with the time and care they took in the preparation. The paint looks great and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Local , Veteran owned company! Highly recommended. read more

I'm new to the area, and was referred to Prime Painting through the realtor assigned to us by our relocation company. Turns out I lucked out. Bradd, the owner, was immediately responsive, came out himself to tour our house, gave great guidance on colors, and turned around a very reasonable quote within the 2 day time period he said he would. Best of all, he and his team did a fantastic job. Every room was pristine. No shortcuts- they took every door off its hinges, and every cover off the outlets instead of painting around them. They cleaned up each afternoon before they went home, and left the house spotless on the last day - rehanging all the doors, mirrors and outlet covers. On top of delivering quality work at a reasonable price, Brad and his crew were honest, hard-working and genuinely nice people. I'd recommend Prime Painting to anyone. read more

I found Prime Painting through Yelp, I liked that all ratings were 5 star. The owner Bradd was very professional and nice. He did a complete walk around my house with me, pointed out all the things he would fix, some of the thing I never even noticed before. His price was reasonable. The exterior of my home had not been painted for over 20 years, so Bradd had a lot of work to do. He was very patient in helping my wife and I pick a new color and gave a lot of his professional input. What a great job they did, I will give them my highest recommendation to anyone wanting to paint and a 5 start review. see pics of front. Also they cleaned up so good you would have never known they were there, except for the fantastic paint job. read more

I was referred by family that had their house recently painted. We loved the results so I contacted Prime Painting. Well, Bradd & his team just finished up painting the exterior of our house. I should say rejuvenating & painting our house. Every crack, crevice & gap on all surfaces were sealed & repaired. This included sealing & sanding all the fascia boards & patching mangled stucco. They even removed & disposed of some old satellite dishes for us. Honestly, I'm not sure I realized how much damage was on the house until they fixed it all. "Hey, wasn't there a giant crack there?" I suppose we all get used to things after a while. My wife and I absolutely loved the color scheme we went with. It turned out better than we could have hoped. More about Bradd & his crew. They arrived promptly & began work each day without hesitation. Any questions they had for us were either texted with photo's or with social distancing. That's important these days. It was very obvious this wasn't their first rodeo. You can tell by how efficiently they work together. They were also very enthusiastic about the job, making us feel confident about our decision. Anyhow, Prime Painting will be our go-to for our next interior job as well. Take a look at the before & after pic! I'll try to take some before & afters of damaged areas to post. Thanks! read more

My wife and I live in Harvest Lake neighborhood in Temecula, we were thinking of getting the outside of our house painted partly because a lot of homes on or street were painted recently, we have a very active HOA needs to approve also. We were driving around to look at other houses colors and we stopped to look at one we like and it was in the final stage of being painted, we asked a couple questions of the painter Bradd Porto and I asked for a business card, I was going to get several quotes from some of my neighbors painters but Bradd was the first one, after Bradd came to see our house and pointed out all the flaws that were on my 20 year old track house that even I did not see and how he would fix them, got the quote in a couple days and I thought it was fair price so I gave him the job, I was impressed that he did everything and more in a timely and clean detailed way, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Bradd Porto Prime Painting, Inc. read more

Our experience with Bradd and Prime Painting was nothing less than first rate right from the beginning! When we contacted Prime Painting Bradd responded almost immediately and arranged to come out to give us an estimate on painting the exterior of our house. Other companies gave us an estimate over Home Advisor without even looking at what the job would it entail strictly based on square footage. He spent over an hour to inspect and go over every aspect of our house and what the process would be to complete the job. His attention to detail and explanation of what the job would entail is what set him apart from other companies we had called to gives us an estimate. For example pointing out door jams needing to be replaced as painting wouldn't cover up the problems. He gave us suggestions on painting particular details of the house to make it stand out. He gave us a timeline assuring us that when his crew started they would work only on our house until finished. Day one they showed up when he said they would and they continued everyday and stuck right to the schedule he set. He gave recommendations of color combinations and that we tryout different sample colors to be sure we got what we wanted. He gave us addresses of home they had painted to view his work and even if the color scheme wasn't exactly what we would want the quality of the work was evident! The cost was less than what we expected particularly considering all the extras they did. They completed the project with minimal disruptions into our everyday life and most importantly we got the beautiful outcome we'd hoped for. We highly recommend Prime Painting, give them a call you won't be disappointed! read more

Bradd and the team did an incredible job. We were referred to Bradd by our neighbors across the street. We couldn't be happier with their referral! We weren't ready to paint the exterior of our home but after seeing the work that was done across the street and the raving reviews of our neighbors the wife and I decided to go ahead and paint the exterior. Bradd was very detailed in describing the work that he was going to do, and lived up to every bit of it. His team was very respectful of our home and property. His pricing was right in the middle of the road to the other quotes we received and we are extremely pleased with his work. (honestly he could charge more for his work) Sorry to the rest if he raises his prices! Call Bradd @ Prime and I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Prime Painting! read more

Prime Painting is the very best! We have had several houses on our street recently painted. Our neighbors certainly noticed the amount of prep work, workmanship, then clean up that Prime did on our house. Bradd is awesome to work with and I allowed him complete choice of colors and details. I love it! We had our house painted many years ago and the difference in quality is crazy. You can feel it just by touching the painted surfaces. Their attention to every detail gives you the feeling that they treat your house as their very own home. It helps that they are the nicest of people and take great pride in their work on your home. I am pretty detail oriented. They left me plenty of paint for touch ups in case I needed it. I have not found a speck of anything they missed. I am beyond happy with the work they did on my home. I would not ever use or recommend anyone else. read more

Every now and then a product or service surpasses your expectations. Bradd, owner of Prime Painting Murrieta painted the exterior of our home perfectly and we are more than pleased. Most companies use large impersonal painting crews, who don't always take pride in their work. Not the case with Prime Painting. A couple of super hard working men who not only got the job done promptly, but with exceptional attention to detail and quality. We even got professional color design service at no extra charge and now have the most beautiful house on the street. read more

My husband and I needed to paint our 1500+ foot square house that included walls, ceilings, doors, and molding. We called around to a few places but we were most impressed with Prime Painting. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The rates were extremely fair and they did a stellar job, completing our home within 3 days. They did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves and making sure we were happy with their work, and also did a walk through to touch up any spots we thought needed an extra dab of paint. They truly pride themselves on their work and are passionate about what they do. Would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

From beginning to end, Prime Painting exceeded our expectations! Bradd, the owner, came out on a Saturday and personally walked the entirety of the outside of our house. He told us in great detail the work he would be performing and sent us a detailed estimate the very same day. Him and his crew showed up at the agreed upon date and time to begin working. They were especially respectful of our house, our family and our neighbors. They completed the job on the agreed upon date. On the last day, Bradd again walked the entirety of our house with us making sure we were satisfied with every inch. Our house had not been painted in almost 30 years, so he had his work cut out for him. Prime Painting did not disappoint!!! His attention to detail and willingness to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job were especially appreciated. We highly recommend Prime Painting! read more

This company is outstanding! I definitely recommend them. Bradd was professional and very easy to deal with. He was very helpful helping me choose the paint colors and threw in a lot of extras. He and his crew did a superb job. Bradd takes great pride in everything he does. The process went smoothly which is great in these trying times with the virus causing so much havoc. It was a big job that included interior painting with kitchen, bathroom, washroom and desk area cabinets. They really worked hard and had the job finished sooner than one would expect and an outstanding job. By now, you must know I am more than pleased! I have never had such a good experience with painters as I did with Prime Painting! The price was fair and I got an outstanding job! read more

Bradd and his crew are always my go to when my house needs painted. He did the interior of our old house about 2 years ago and just last week did the exterior of our new house. Painting the exterior of your house is an investment in your property and choosing what company to trust to do the work should not be taken lightly. While other companies offered bids based on what they saw on GoogleMaps, Bradd came to our home and personally walked the property with us. He inspected the entire exterior of our home, spending much of the time explaining in great detail the work that would be done to the house to prepare it for paint, including power washing, filling cracks, repairing stucco, & filling/repairing exposed wood that had begun to show signs of damage as the original, cheap "builder" paint had long been baked off by the sun. Then we discussed paint, with Bradd not simply stating that in his professional opinion he uses the best paint, but taking the time to explain why, even explaining that we could save a few $$ because the most expensive paints out there aren't necessarily designed to be used in our climate. Even though it was clear to me and my wife that Prime Painting would be the company we would go with, Bradd was patient and urged us to speak with other companies before making our decision. He is confident of his work and the final product he delivers. Pricing was fair and he and his crew delivered 100%. They were courteous, punctual, and completed the job as promised. As Bradd walked us around home to show us the work that had been done, my wife and I were amazed to see our home shine again. I couldn't offer a higher recommendation of Prime Painting! read more

Highest recommendation! I've noticed lately that when I hire someone for work, I'm always left feeling like I could have done it better myself. This was NOT the case with Prime painting. I was SO pleased working with them- The guys take such pride in their work. They are VERY thorough in their explanations, their information, and the execution of their work. My house looks great! We felt comfortable with Bradd from the beginning. He walked me through the process, and I knew exactly what to expect from the initial estimate. We had a lot to paint (kitchen cabinets, crown molding, wainscoting, baseboards, fireplace, doors, etc) and it took his crew 9 days to complete (which fit with the estimate he gave initially). I had a hard time picking a color (seriously, white should not be so difficult ha!) and he really worked with me to find what i wanted. He warned me that there would be a lot of dust while sanding the cabinets down, and he wasn't lying! He worked with us to plan the job around our vacation, so we were able to be out of town for several days of it (our whole downstairs was unusable). I felt completely comfortable having them here without us (he also sent pictures regularly to update us which i appreciated). They paid attention to detail, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We added in a couple minor things last minute, and he just threw them in for us without nickel and diming us. A few days after they completed the project, we noticed a problem. They came out to fix it without any hesitation. They were all nice guys and enjoyable to be around, I would not hesitate to use them again! read more

Wow! From the moment that Bradd came to see me and my husband about a quote for exterior paint on our house, we knew we were not going to contact any other painting company. He was very personable, you know, one of those people you like right from the get go? His quoting process was extremely professional and very comprehensive. A presentation that you would expect from an experienced contractor, who actually cares about your project. It's his reputation, after all. He walked with us around the entire perimeter and explained exactly what they would do and what we could expect. He then sent us a formal quote and we hired him immediately! He also provided other previously completed jobs, so that we could see the quality of their work first hand. Luckily, they had an opening on the schedule for the following week. Bradd, Joe and Nick were such a pleasure to have on our property and extremely respectful. I had a color scheme in mind and Bradd worked with me to realize my vision. The crew came together to get me just the perfect color for the stucco and I could not be more thrilled. Our house is gorgeous! I cannot imagine hiring any other painting crew. Bradd told me that he would make our house "dazzle" and "shine" and boy does it ever! If you're looking for a great group of guys to show you their craftsmanship through their quality of work and dedication to ensure that you are happy with the end result, then this is your go to painting company. The job was completed on February 14th. Happy Valentine's Day to me and my family. Here's a little tip; Maybe offer up use of your bathroom and some cold bottled water for them. They appreciate it! It doesn't have to cost a thing to be kind. :) read more

I called Prime Painting on a Thursday. Bradd show's up that afternoon to give a quote. He and his two man crew show up on Monday, on time by the way, and finished Tuesday. It wasn't a big job, but they treated it like it was. He uses top quality paint and was able to match exactly to a sample from a big box store. They cleaned up great and put everything back where it was. I am very impressed. Bradd, an ex marine, couldn't have been more polite as were his crew. I have already contacted Bradd to do some more work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Prime Painting. read more

I am in AWE as to what a FANTASTIC job the PRIME crew did, painting my house exterior! My house went from drab and peeling to a showpiece in a very short time. Brad came to my house to give the shockingly low estimate for their work, which not only involved painting, but patching, restoring, sanding and giving me some great decorative accent ideas that turned my house from dumpy to dazzling. The crew was so enjoyable, I wanted to adopt them all! They were all so polite, hard working and helpful. Not only did they paint, they power washed everything, before and after, and moved my TON of plants and paraphanalia, back and forth. They even happily came back, the day after the job was done, to paint a small area of wall I had forgotten to include. I can't say enough good things about this company. I am ecstatic with the results and when people drive down the street they actually slow down to look at my showpiece. Much love and many thanks to all of you! I'll miss you! read more

I bought my house a few years ago and finally decided the yellow/green paint needed to go. Bradd from Prime Painting was the first call I made to get an estimate. Just from the initial phone call, I knew he was going to be the person I wanted to paint my house. We discussed what I wanted done to my home as well as different commonalities we had in our lives growing up. Later that day he came over to give me an estimate and meeting him further confirmed my outstanding opinion of him. I took him around the house where he gave ideas not only on color but ways that I could decorate my house. Once he gave me the quote, I hired him immediately as his prices were reasonable. Bradd and his amazing crew started in my living room and kitchen and I was shocked when I came home. Prime Painting not only took everything off my walls, but they put everything back up exactly where they found it leaving my home organized and clean! Later that night, I was extremely worried about the color being too light. The next day he took the time to work through my concern and continued painting the rest of the house and finished a few days later. Bradd, without a doubt, stands out among one of the top contractors I have ever hired. He takes pride in his work and took the time to make sure everything was perfect to my standards. He also went above and beyond helping me move a couple pieces of decor to different places, offering suggestions on decor in various places, and really got to know exactly what I truly wanted for my home. I can't wait to hire Bradd and his crew for another job!!! read more
