I finally called and while not at all apologetic, they explained they were short staffed. I cancelled my order and 15 min later (10 pm) my pizza arrived. The young man felt horrible. I explained it wasn't his fault but he confirmed my pizza had been riding in his car for an hour. This owner does not care about customer service or his employees (2 in the store and one delivery driver on a Friday night). Don't give this owner your money!!
