I am kind of a ceviche expert (have been eating it and a similar food called kelaguin all over the world) and this may be the best we have had in the States. We shared the lobster ravioli and a pecan crusted red snapper (the monkfish was sold out) and both were great. Ravioli was exceptional. Three pieces, shrimp and perfect sauce. Lots of lobster in the filling. The snapper which again was the substitute for the monkfish was light with a more subtle flavor but was served with really good mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately the ravioli came out first (had to change the fish so slight delay) so the strength of the ravioli flavor would have been better as the second shared entree due to the subtleness of the pecan crusted snapper. But really that is not a complaint. Tight rooms, packed with tables and people. Even so not too loud to have a conversation and everyone was super nice. We will eat here again next time we visit.

The lemon slices were big and non-uniform--they looked like they belonged slotted on the rim of a glass of water not on a sushi roll. Instead of providing a nice hint of tartness, the lemon just overpowered any other flavor. Beyond that, they were just carelessly strewn across the top of the roll, so the coverage for individual pieces was laughable. Horrible experience. Up until this time, I would have been recommending Blu over Junto, but now I'm not even sure it ranks higher than Sushi House. Don't plan to be back anytime soon.
