I struggled through the weekend but called them first thing Monday and they got me in at 10am. From the moment I limped in everyone was pleasant (A+++ Customer care). After checking in, completing the paperwork and getting X-ray's, I was introduced to Dr. Weber who listened to my concerns and immediately identified what my problem could be, fast forward I had my first adjustment, I could tell an immediate different, went back Wednesday and I had even more relief and now today Friday I went back for another adjustment and OMG!!!! This place is the real deal! From the front desk staff to Dr. Weber, I am was treated with care and I am happy to say I can walk (which is saying a lot, I was in so much pain and could barely walk Monday). We received a call asking if we could come in any earlier. We asked what time. They said an hour…read moreearly so we said sure. We showed up to see two qualified individuals behind the desks but you had to get carpal tunnel checking in where they ask the same questions again and again. Finally I had enough and asked the lady to sign me in which she referred me to the machine, but then checked and apparently it signed us in somewhere along the line. Then we were give a tablet to answer even more questions. After 40 minutes passed in the lobby I asked are we being seen today? "oh he's running a tad behind, but you are next." So why did they even want us to show up earlier?!? It is not like I asked to come in earlier and you were doing me a solid. YOU called me. No way you suddenly get 40 minutes behind. This is horrible customer service and time management on their part. We waited 50 minutes before be called. Then we went to our very own waiting room (room that doctor may eventually come to). Waited there for about 15 minutes before they came in to do one thing. That's right, we waited more than an hour to do anything. So if we kept our original appointment time we would have been seen about 5 minutes after checking in instead of 65 minutes. This is why they teach Algebra in school. If a doctor is running a "tad" late...then no you should not ask people to come in earlier. But once the doctor saw us he quickly assessed and treated the patient and let them be for a few minutes and came back to ensure that they were all good and the issue was in fact fixed. He answered all our questions and was great. So 1 star for the staff who called us in early despite the doctor being behind schedule and for the ridiculous wait, but 5 stars to the doctor.

I saw he had several compliments, wish I saw that Dr. Howell. I found him to be dismissive, since my X-ray didn't show damage. He did not listen to my concerns. He gave a cursory, at best, examination. My knee has been giving out and I have fallen to the ground because of it. He offered no solution, until I brought issue up again. Then offered a brace. I have some health issues...allergic to the contrast dye for a CT scan and have an internal device that was not sure if I could have an mri. He then told me he didn't know what he could do for me. I had expected him to give me a thorough assessment and discuss possible issues instead of dismissing me.

Found NHA&MT on google and since they were the only massage place open at 6pm on Sat gave them a call... they were very pleasant on the phone. Got to this strip mall, went in & there was Nancy the manager, who was all smiles and laughter. She took me in a room and asked me where I hurt, then proceeded to get another lady, April in the room. She told her in another language what was hurting me... asked me if I wanted firm or medium - I chose medium touch. I stripped down to my undies (and really don't be shy... these ladies have seen worse :O) ) and April proceeded to give me the most brutal pleasure filled massage I've ever had. She practically moon-walked on my back and used her toes to really do acupressure wherever there were sore spots on my back. She used her elbows to rub the soles of my feet and again hit all the pressure points. April got down and dirty on my shoulders and neck, digging in deep (seemed she went down to the meat on my bones)... I was so sore afterwards, but five hours later, can twist and turn like a 19 year old. I feel GREAT! This place is truly a no frills massage place. This is not a spa and it's in a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. These ladies mean business and will have you feeling like you're floating on air (after they beat the kinks out of you). Oh how I hope I can find an equivalent place in Los Angeles. $2 surcharge if you use your credit card and they'd like the tip in cash. April was so good, I had to give her a $20 NHA&MT will have you never going back to an expensive hotel massage. I highly recommend. Tell them the Lady from the tv show "The View" recommended you

I have no bone to pick with the quality of the physical therapy given at ProImpact. But I had to argue with this healthcare provider about the need for him to wear a mask. Consequently, I decided not to return and to take my business where I felt safe. He said that he had already been infected by Covid and had antibodies, and thus didn't need to mask up. This shows a basic misunderstanding of the way the virus is transmitted from person to person. He could be carrying the virus and be asymptomatic but pass it along to others. This is science, not opinion. I hope that he will agree to abide by the governor's mandate and wear a mask in the future when working with his clients, for their sake.
