Unlike all the other places I've been where you see someone...... he is amazing. I've been to quite a few chiropractors but he is the ONLY one I go to now. His staff is amazing & so nice.. I have outstanding insurance but even if I didn't I would pay pay out of pocket to go there. He doesn't jerk & yank your body around. Every time I leave I feel like a new person. I try to go 1 time every week or every other week. He & his staff are so nice & friendly.., wish all my previous chiropractors were like him & his staff... he set a new standard for chiropractors, his office doesn't have the fancy wall art , pics of the doctor on vacation but what it does have is a fantastic Dr. & staff. I won't go anywhere else. Just seeing Dr.Doan takes about 45min-1 1/2 hours unlike those other places that you go to where you don't see the actual chiropractor except in pics. He is gentle & thorough.... love this place glad a coworker told me about them....... he does great charity work also....PS. He should get the Good Samaritan award.... P.S.S. My work schedule is anything but normal. I find out about 12 hours before I work & dont know how long I will be at work but his staff understands my career & have always worked w/ me. I made an appointment and was very impressed with the amount of prep that they go through to make sure they can help you and that you are able and willing to go through the program. They send you a link to a video where Dr. Chastanet explains what the program is and is not. You have to sign an agreement for their "No show penalty" clause. I figured if they put this much emphasis on explaining things before you even stepped in the door this was a place I could put my trust in. Dr. Chastanet and her entire staff have been fantastic guiding me through the program with my health always at the top of her concern. The office is always very accommodating with schedule requests. I enthusiastically recommend them!

I tried explaining since I had had heart surgery decreasing missed visits now and my husband had switched jobs freeing his time. I was told I was rude and argumentative and would never be welcome in that office. She said she was the office manager and what she said is what goes and thanked me prior to hanging up on me. I have never been this hurt trying to seek help. Especially after explaining the extenuating circumstances. It is hard enough being I'll and disabled, on Medicare at 46 years old. Then to reach out for help, humble yourself by asking to make an exception, and this is the result. What has become of us as a society?

This is an incredibly expensive program. My husband and I spent over $3,000 with them in three months and can no longer afford the program. Thus we are back on regular food and have regained the weight already. And we are close to bankruptcy (not just because of this program - medical expenses too). So if you have $$, this program is for you. If not, try Weight Watchers.
