Professional, clean, great decor, lots of products available. A few different beauticians to chose from, or who can schedule you in. Staff seem to enjoy working together and visiting with customers. Oh my. Sorry to hear of your "less than professional experience". My wife was thinking about giving this salon a try. Now, perhaps not.

I just had it confirmed by another esthetician that I, indeed, have an infection due to suspected improper hygiene here. I was told it was either the wax or the wooden sticks used to apply the wax to my legs that has caused this problem. I had to purchase a cream especially made to treat this infection for $40. When I tried to address my concerns to the owner, all I received was condescension and ridicule in a clear attempt to cover her own behind. Look at the picture and decide for yourself if you want to take your business to this "salon". I will have no further contact with this place, but think I deserve at least a partial refund of the original $30 charge. However, I'm not holding my breath. read more

I recently accidentally missed my appointment. Brooke was extremely gracious in rescheduling me - I told her it was really her fault because my haircut was so good before that even after six weeks it looked great. I've been going to Brooke for years. She does a fantastic cut, and when you leave you always look great. She has also coloured my hair. She is truly a magician with color. read more
