After researching various legal funding companies, Prime Case Funding was the most professional, well informed, straightforward. The reps at Prime Case Funding were courteous and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of processing my funding requests. Prime Case Funding took the time to really look at the details of my case then make a fair offer. The initial offer was lower than what I requested, however I asked for reconsideration of a reasonable increase for my needs. The underwriter took my needs into account then reviewed my case again and came back with a fair increase amount, which I accepted! When my funding was in it's final processing stages, the rep at Prime Case Funding wished me well on my case and let me know that if my case was still open and if I needed funding in the future, I could reapply. I did reapply a few months later and Prime Case Funding approved me for my requested amount in 3 days! The reps stayed on top of the process and kept things moving smoothly.m Unlike other funding companies that quoted me ridiculous fees for EVERYTHING, Prime Case Funding only assessed a small application processing fee and a low mailing fee for express delivery of my funds. Both times, the interest rate was very low and I was pleased with the what the payoff amounts would be based the future payoff schedules. I am so very pleased with my experience w/Prime Case Funding that I had to leave a review on Yelp. I cannot express how grateful I am that Prime Case Funding considered my legal case as well as my financial needs and gave me enough of an increase to help me along as my case progresses. This is what excellent client service should be!! read more

The process was just so fast. They were actually faster than my attorney at getting the process pushed through. They called me or texted me every day to let me know what was happening, which I really appreciated. Then boom I was approved and they are ready to send the funds straight to my bank account! I don't usually write reviews but in this case I wanted to share my experience. I was out of work and was receiving final notices on my utility bills, I had nowhere to go. A friend suggested I try calling Prime Case Funding, but I was afraid that I would get tons of paperwork, and wouldn't understand anything, but I was desperate and decided to give it a try. I am thankful I did! Julia from Prime Case Funding explained everything to me, walked me thru very simple paperwork and expedited my check. I received the check overnight and was able to take care of my bills. Thank you Julia and Prime Case Funding team for being there in my time of need. read more

Everyone beware of this company! Prime case is the worse type of company you can possibly get involved with! It takes them approximately 24to72hours to review your application, then respond back to you. This company exhibits zero respect to the person requesting the loan/advance. The underwriter, the so called person in charge, has this attitude beyond description. In retrospect I wish I would of listened to the advice of a friend about Prime. However, it was just about the convenience for me at the time. As for now, absolutely no way,no more! Done!! Read the contracts your signing people. Be well.. read more

Prime case funding contacted us on a Wednesday. Took all of our information, including the type of case, Transvaginal Mesh. They even asked for details, when the surgery was preformed, etc.. "Hannah" said she would be in contact within 24 hours. Our attorney gave them all the information they needed THE SAME DAY. Days passed with no reply. We finally called and Hannah told us they 'don't do mesh lawsuits". They never intended to at least email us never mind a simple phone call to let us know. Also, if they don't do mesh lawsuits why did they have us look up surgery dates? Isn't this something they would know off the rip? Horrible customer service, avoid them. read more

I was involved in a car accident and could not return to work. Financially I could not keep up. I did some research and found out there were companies out there that are willing to give a cash advance on a pending lawsuit. I contacted Prime Case Funding and automatically felt relieved. My representative was friendly and very attentive. I was told it was fast and easy and that's exactly how it was. They were able to provide me with the cash I needed within the same week I applied. I rarely write yelp reviews but my experience with Prime Case Funding was so phenomenal that I felt I had to write this. I did an exhaustive search for companies that could provide a loan on a case with a positive result but that had not been paid out yet. I spoke to tons of companies and what I found was that most seemed extremely shady and had a ton of hidden fees. I did to find this with Prime Case Funding. What I found was an extremely professional and upfront company that seemed to really care about my situation and who were extremely honest about the cost structure. They worked well with my attorney always keeping me in the loop and even did a wire transfer to get me the money faster because I was in a bad financial situation. I specifically want to point out Ilya Karger, a Manager at Prime Case Funding. Ilya was awesome to work with!! He was so professional and kind and completely on top of everything involving my account. He is such an asset to Prime Case Funding and a true gem! read more

I think one ought to call all of these companies and bottom line ask what is owed after a specific period of time. That was my lawwers advice. the gimmicks or flashy reviews mean nothing if you pay more. I ended up with Redwood Funding http://www.redwoodfundinggroup.com/ read more

I work for a law firm in Washington state. We represent Stephen Harris for an accident. He doesn't have a Yelp account so I told him I'd enter his review for him regarding his loan. I have been working with an attorney since 1998 and try to push our clients away from funding. However, I have always found Redwood Funding Group to have the best deals. They do not charge any fees and do not compound their interest rate. I think the rate is a fixed 15% every six months. I do not think Prime Case beats that. read more
