This is a VERY NICE Barbershop! Quality equipment and very clean. Great barbers. Orlando gave me a perfect cut, he'll be my go-to barber from now on! Highly recommended. The furniture is comfortable, they have a foosball table, and you can always have some great convos with the barbers here. Check it out! read more

Great service and didn't have to wait long at all I didn't get the name of my barber but he really did do a great job read more

This place has a cool vibe, definitely a "guy" place unless you like loudish music and MMA. This is my first time there but the barber did a nice job of listening to what I wanted and executing. I'll definitely go back. read more

My grandson moved in with me 2 months ago and I had no idea where to take him for his haircut. I checked out a couple of shops but wanted a men's barber and close to my home. Prime is absolute perfection!! Francisco did an amazing job on Jacob's hair. I could not be happier and Jacob is thrilled. A big 6ft 5in 17 year old has strong opinions!!! thank you so so so much, From Gran!!! read more

Johnny started out okay to suck you in, but then things started happening. The scissors were lost and the buzzer came out. Then he would double book appointments or not show and then when you went in he snubbed you and someone else would cut your hair. The last guy that cut my hair was horrible, it looked like he used a chainsaw on it. I don't know maybe that's the new look? Then he proceeded to give me crap for wearing a mask and told me how they are cancer causing, that's okay I don't remember asking for his advice. Then he over charged me , then asked me how much of a tip he wanted me to leave. I felt sorry for him so I gave him five bucks. What a deal 30.00 bucks for crappy hair cut and unwanted advice on how to live my life. That's real Prime! read more

The worst place. Rude, unprofessional, lazy. First time I took my 3 boys there, when we got there one of the barber assigned my oldest to one particular barber and he goes .. oh no mannn... and then he laughs and says I'm joking.. oh okay Then my husband decides to make an appointment to go there Saturday 1030. He showed up the business is closed, we call Noone answers. Waited for 45 minutes NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO SIGN ON THE DOOR ... NOTHING. We call them back on Monday and whoever answered the phones goes oh ya we were closed so my husband goes why did u guys give me appointment then? Rudelyyyy he goes I didn't give u appointment and we were closed. Wooow.... pathetic people run pathetic business. And they suck at cutting hair too. read more

Called, got a same day appointment, that was awesome. Barbers were nice. Great price! Unfortunately got a bad haircut from Francisco. No blend into the fade, you can clearly see a straight line across. A razor was used to make a part and the line is way to thick. Also, he cut hair that was clearly supposed to be on the comb over side and cut it down short. He didn't tell me. Now you won't be able to comb it over without it being obviously noticeable. It will probably take a couple months to grow out and be able to comb it over :( A small patch of hair was left a tad long in the middle lower back of head. I didn't notice any of it really til I got out into the sunlight. I would be able to live with all the minor mistakes but the comb over part really gets me. read more

Orlando is a great barber. Great guy to talk to and he takes pride in his work. If you don't know what you want done, he'll help you with your look and cut you need. He takes appointments and is always on time. Give him a call, you want be disappointed. read more

I had an appt at 2pm and was seen right on time. The barber was nice and conversational. I told him I wanted my sides to one with a high fade, nothing off the top or the back. I stated I wanted the length in the back so it would be like a faux hawk and tapered in the back. When he was done he showed me the back and all of my hair was buzzed off the back. He asked me if I wanted any product in my hair and I said "no, just water" and he proceeded to spray my hair with water and then grabbed some product and placed it in my hair... To go to a barber and tell them what you want and not get what you wanted and pay $35 for it is unacceptable. Nice guy but does not listen to his client. read more

Omar is a great barber. He is very talented and can do a huge variety of styles. Great with kids too!

This place is not welcoming of new customers. Walked in with no greeting, and did not know where to check in. Everyone seemed to be compas with everyone or had known each other so mostly felt out of place. Left after waiting for half an hour in the lobby trying to figure out how to check in or if someone would come up. The place looks pretty cool tho. read more

Have gone here twice. Shop is very clean. Barbers are friendly and professional. Pricing seems very fair and my haircut from Maurice both times was great. Great place. read more

My husband has been a loyal client for a while now so we decided to start bringing our son as well. First time we made both my son and husband an appointment, Francisco cut my husband's hair and then forgot about my son and took someone else in front of him. We had to wait an hour for him to get done with that client. We let that slide and my husband continued going to him. We made another appointment today for 10am for my husband and son and waited 15 minutes and never heard from Francisco. He is not reliable or responsible at all and lost a loyal client. read more

Johnny and the whole crew are phenomenal barbers. Great service, great results. Can't go wrong with Prime Barbers.

Not a good place for young teen hairstyles. Maybe great place if your just looking for a short cut. But unfortunately for a longer haircut it was not good. Way too short. No shape at all. Just a hack job. Went in to just trim bangs. Came out with really bad cut that was too short all around. With no shape at all. Horrible cut. read more

For being a first time customer at this establishment I was beyond disappointed. It was cut much shorter than I asked it to be. I was assured it was going to be the best haircut I ever received but I was left with razor cuts on my hairline and irritation all over my scalp. I will unfortunately not be returning to this shop. read more

Worst barber shop I have ever been to. No respect for customers. The concept of appointment time doesn't exist here. Showed up on time at my appointment, the barber was too busy to chit chat to respect your time slot. The cut turned out messy as well, random long hair all over the place. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here. read more

Just had my haircut by Jerry, and Im really pleased with the cut. Was impressed with the new shop and it's nice to see new young business owners in the valley. Stop in and have Jerry hook you up. Also cuts are couple bucks cheaper than other shops in the area. Thanks Jerry! read more

I just want to say that I've been going to prime Barber shop for about a year and a half I know Johnny he's a nice guy and they're good about keeping their appointments on time I like the quality of haircuts that I get and I can see that the place is outstanding so I gave these guys five stars thank you OK read more

Whoever made that negative comment must be one of those guys that can't ever be satisfied, there's always a hater... These guys are the only ones that know how to hook up a hair cut right. I came to this place a year and a half ago with a messed up haircut and I've been coming here ever since. Personally I'd rather they take a little longer on hair cut appointments because that only means their taking their time to cut your hair right! Thanks fellas always satisfied with the service and quality you provide!! read more
