I obviously jumped on Yelp and Novadental had racked up all 5 star reviews, so I gave them a call and they graciously booked me in for the following day. The dentist was lovely, even if he did break my heart by telling me that grazing may be the best thing for your waistline, but the worst thing for your teeth. Darn decay. He was constantly checking in throughout the procedure making sure I was still comfortable, which was very reassuring. I was happy with the work, it was expensive like all dentists are, but would definitely recommend them.

The problem with dentists, and…read morein fact any professional, is that it can be really hard to work out who is good and who isn't, and sometimes simply going to the guy down the road doesn't necessarily produce the best results. I found this place simply by asking a friend to recommend a good dentist, and she recommended Dr Vavala at this place, and I must admit that he is pretty good. He doesn't full up a list of unnecessary procedures, and if at a later date he decides that a particular procedure isn't necessary, he will remove it from the list. I've found him, and his staff, to be really friendly. However, then comes the next problem - getting an appointment. That, unfortunately, I can't help you with because the good ones tend to have a pretty full book as it is.
