During the test drive, the battery was completely dead -- not a great first impression -- though they were able to jump it and get things going. The actual buying process was smooth, and the salesperson (Jane) was the highlight of the experience. She made the purchase feel straightforward and positive but that soon changed once I made the purchase. Unfortunately, the customer service ended the moment I drove off the lot. Not long after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a slow tire leak. I had it inspected by a certified professional, who confirmed the issue was caused by a cracked rim -- something easily missed if the rims aren't thoroughly checked during inspection. When I contacted the dealership, they immediately assumed I caused the damage, even though I never hit anything, never drove on a flat, and have zero reason to believe this happened after leaving the dealership. Their attitude made it clear: once the sale is done, they take no responsibility. For a dealership that I just bought a $35K+ vehicle from, the lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. I expected better treatment and basic post-purchase care. I would not recommend this dealership. They are helpful until you sign the papers -- after that, you're on your own. STAY AWAY.

We bought a 2013 Ford Edge and after repeated attempts and recommendation bought the recommended warranty from the sales/finance representative. Of course everything looked fine on the car on the outside and worked great during multiple test drives but as soon as we officially drove it off the lot all the issues started happening(tire alert/low pressure, alignment bad on front and back, front control interface board bad(radio and ac changes by itself while driving and Ford no longer manufactures, engine light(bad spark plugs/coils), backup camera quit working, passenger door sensor is bad so lights stay on in car as it thinks the door is open, both rear control arms warn out and rusted, etc.). Warranty group was atrocious to try and work with and pointed the finger at the dealer location and they pointed the finger at the warranty group. The owner/manager said he would personally handle the situation which was an absolute joke. Never heard back from them and after multiple calls back still got the run around with the excuse of being out sick. Now sitting here with a used car that needs half the cost of what I paid for the car to be useable and fully safe to drive. Worst used car dealership ever and don't take ownership of a car that looked great on the outside but had so many issues it isn't worth fixing at this point. Have some ownership if you are selling a bad product and make it right. Not sure how you can stay in business with these types of deceitful and improper business practices.

He drove off the lot and went straight to a mechanic shop. The mechanic examined it and looked underneath and said that the truck was unfit to drive because it has been sitting so long somewhere in water or snow and developed rust damage. Tier 1 painted the entire bottom so we couldn't see the rust. When Ernest started examining it, chunks of rust was coming down with just a touch. Ernest immediately took the truck back. He had the truck less than 30 minutes and they told him it was his loss. They laughed in his face and started calling him names, cussing him out, they really tormented him. I felt so bad for him. I called the police because they got in his face as to gang up on him. The police said that he should have googled reviews, and did research before he bought the truck. And he was right. I have never in my life of 52 years seen salesmen, mechanics, and etc. treat a person as bad as they did. The mechanic put on a good show displaying the good running motor, transmission, interior, the low mileage of 91,000 and so forth. Ernest is a good hardworking man and he didn't deserve this. This man name is Ernest Irving and I want the world to know that Tier 1 Auto in Gainesville Ga intentionally sold him a Lemon and treated him horrible after he gave them cash money. Ernest was willing to accept less money back, but they actually told him to take them to court and he was a fool for buying this truck. I told Ernest to place this in GOD'S hand and I promise he will FIX IT.

I made my appointment online to make sure they had adequate time to work on my vehicle. There wasn't many people working on a Saturday but unfortunately due to my work schedule, I had to make my appointment online on a Saturday. I made my service appointment with Carly who was super friendly upon check in. She told me it would be approximately 2 hours. I was like no problem. The waiting area inside was nice and big. There were TVs, coffee, cold bottled waters, and some fresh popped popcorn. There was color books, toy cars, and etc for the little kids. Bathrooms were clean. I checked out the showroom had a nice variety of cars there. The sales employees were friendly and asked me if I needed help. A super friendly master technician offered to give my little kid ice cream which made his day! We spoke and he was super knowledgeable and nice. By this time, Carly came to tell me that my car was ready. It was actually finished a lot faster than I expected. They were running oil change specials where you can get them like for 3 for $200 or 2 for $145. Great prices for oil changes. I had a super great first experience here and can't wait to come back again. I definitely recommend this dealership if you need to bring your Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler/Ram to get serviced!

Super kind, proactive owner…read more Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, we ended up in a bind with no drivable car and need to leave for a trip the following day on a Saturday afternoon. Despite this, Derek and his team were able to resolve the issue and went way beyond the extra mile to get us a loaner car and enable us to still make it on our trip. Super pleased and grateful for the service at Don Jackson.
