Any questions or concerns we've had have been addressed quickly and efficiently. Most recently, our AC stopped working, and Sean had someone out the very next day to repair it. He even offered to provide a portable AC if he wasn't able to get a technician out right away, which was greatly appreciated. After dealing with other property management companies in the past, this has been a refreshing experience. The level of communication, responsiveness, and customer service has been outstanding. Robert Bussell who is the Broker/President of American Horizon answered the phone. Robert asked a couple questions and then made some "interesting" observations about Section 8 voucher holders. His information seemed off so I asked further and he must've realized what he said was not accurate. Robert hesitated commenting further on Section 8 by saying "You don't work for us. We're not business partners so I suggest you do your own research". He asked about 6 questions about our condo and confirmed "Ok, good" for each answer and spoke about how nice our property is. Then in an awkward turn, he abruptly said "Yeah we wouldn't be a good fit." and in a very effeminate and demeaning tone Robert said "Hmmph... byeeeeeee" and hung up the phone. I wondered what just happened. I called back but my call was ignored. So maybe this was a blessing in disguise. If the President of this company was this weird and robotically dismissive, how would American Horizon Property treat my future tenant(s)? The answer is they'd be fired on day one. Update as of 02-26-2025: I found Action Properties (https://www.actionproperties.com) and they are phenomenal. Serena Trueblood and Terri Alcala have been responsive and even found us a tenant with a 1 year lease! I have no doubt Action Properties will treat our new tenant with respect and professionalism.

Really horrible experience, Fred miller was my agent he works for arrow Reality, April 9, 2019 I…read moresigned a cancellation contract electronically which fred Miller never went over and read to me, when canceling my home I asked Fred Miller do I owe anything he told me don't worry about it, two years eight mouths later I get a call from Fred Miller which start off friendly until I told him I'm not selling my house and why would you be contacting me almost three years later, Fred trying to pressure me to sell my house, he then got aggressive arguing with me very rudely, says pay me for my marketing, I then reminded him about the conversation we had on April 9, 2019 when Mr Miller Stated verbally don't worry about it, For two years eight months Fred did not communicate or even contact me calls, letters, emails, about my home until August 2021, he's trying to take me too small claims court he's trying to get the full Commission amount from me,the house has been off the market for almost three years. It's disgusting and creepy feeling Fred has behaviors that consist of a pathological narcissist, I would use caution using Fred as a real estate agent he's very unprofessional,rude, aggressive and unfair with the way he does business. On October 4, 2021 I called the managing broker Hayden Butterfield to inform him that one of his employees filed a small claims and about the harassing phone calls Fred Miller made to me on July 29, 2021, when speaking to Mr butterflied about the situation he had little to say or was not even surprised that his employees actions against me he told me he'll speak to Fred Miller. Mr. Butterfield never called me back to tell me about if he I spoke to Mr. Miller about the situation. October 28, 2021 I go to court Fred Miller is representing the company. Fred Miller told the judge that Mr. Butterfield was the one that told him to put the lawsuit against me, so Mr. Butterfield lied to me on the phone about the whole situation, he told me he didn't know anything about this, Mr Butterfield lies to his clients he is very unethical and is a pathological narcissist, on October 28, 2021 The judge reviews the case and dismisses the case due to expired contract. I want to warn others about this company they put hidden claws in their contract which is unethical ridiculous, tasteless, they come back at you years later and bully you with harassing phone calls and use a expire contract as a crutch, it's really disgusting and creepy feeling to have this happened, they also charge more commission than the common real estate Company. I would do research when looking for a real estate company to sell your home. From personal experience dealing with them I would not hire this company to sell your house.
