We looked at privately owned as well as with dealerships. The private sellers were so shady, and the dealers wanted to charge us $1500 percent extra for paying cash, and then charge for this and that. By the time we were done with the other dealers, we would be up $5000 to $8000 extra from the price. No thanks. We worked with Rabee, what a gem. He was honest from the moment we met him, they didn't charge us for paying cash, they put new brakes on every car they sell and help you tremendously with what you are looking for. Besides tax, we paid what the price of the car was with NO HIDDEN FEES!!!! We told him what we wanted for our family and he was a tremendous help. We were honestly torn between two cars, but went with Shine Auto Toronto because we knew what we were getting. We would rather work with Rabee than anyone else. I've already recommended him to a bunch of people. Please choose Shine Auto, you will not be disappointed.

This was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences my family has ever had with a…read moredealership. My dad and our family felt pressured into moving forward with a car without being given proper time to think or review the deal. Everything felt rushed, and once papers were involved, we were made to feel like we had no real option to step back. We were also told that we could be reported to authorities for allegedly driving without a license or insurance, even though no proof was ever shown to us. This felt intimidating and caused a lot of stress for our family. One employee in particular, Irma, was very unprofessional. She raised her voice during phone calls and spoke to my family in a disrespectful way when concerns were raised. From our experience, she seems very focused on closing sales, especially with members of the Filipino community. The online advertising looks good, but when issues come up, the level of customer service does not match. To make things worse, the car was delivered without properly informing us that someone was already outside waiting, which caused confusion and tension. Instead of handling it professionally, we were met with attitude. Overall, this dealership was unreliable and did not treat my family with honesty or respect. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and transparent car-buying experience.

I kind of felt brushed off by the patronizing young fellow who kept calling me "my friend". My accented English did not help my image, I guess. Electrical circuit repair $250+tax. How about that "my friend" at Number 7 Honda?

Jake Berman asked for my VIN number, all the details about my truck and all, so I gave it to him on a Friday. Apparently my VIN number didn't show up ANYWHERE in his searches that he requires any information about the truck (damages, accidents, etc). So he asked again for my VIN from my ownership, I gave him a photo of JUST the VIN # (not sure why you would need my ownership picture when I already sent you my VIN). Sent that through. . . (SAME EXACT VIN NUMBER) I have not heard from this guy (Jake Berman) since... I know it's a weekend and a day but I want my truck gone asap! I don't recommend this place. Do not waste my time, I like prompt, quick, efficient service. I am not sure why this place has good reviews. I will give my business to someone else. Thanks for the unprofessional service, Jake Berman.

Because after 3 months it was inspected by MTO AND THEY were the ones who said it was unsafe to drive and took the license plate away and said we needed to contact the dealership we got it from and we even did two more safety checks before MTO was invloved which did not pass. You admitted your machine might have missed it and people make mistake, which those mistakes could of put my family in danger of their lives!! I have more photos if needed. SO STOP LYING TO PEOPLE! First of all, the dealership looks very outdated, it's like they've been stuck since the 1990s for some reason! It needs some major renovations, and it doesn't give you that good vibe when you go in, to actually look around and perhaps buy a new vehicle...Not inviting at all! so this clearly reflects on the team and staff working there. There is no communication what so ever between the parts department and the service department. I had called in three times previously and ordered some parts and booked me an appointment, only to get there on my 1 week later appointment to find out that, first my appointment is marked down, one of the three parts ordered was missing, and another part that they ordered was the wrong one! Long story short, I did not get my car serviced there due to those parts missing, I took my car to another dealership where things were very easy and smooth, and my quote was about %$60 cheaper than the quote I received here!
