I had to fight like hell to get him a referral to the Fernandez Center after it being obvious my son has developmental delays. The office at the time had said they put the referral through I waited 2 months calling the Fernandez center finally only to find out Dr. Tural office NEVER put the referral in. Called complained finally got the referral 3 months in. Then the Fernandez center wait list is so long we get out on it for about a year. My son obviously has autism he works with Occupational Therapist, speech therapist, Early invention and well early intervention can only service my son till he is 3 and coming up on that date soon he will be aged out with no help. Meanwhile, South Bay's ABA specialist were more concerned about my son than his own Dr managed to get me a evaluation to diagnose my son very fast with in weeks. Now he has a Dr he's seeing next week I met with her last week and did the intake she requested that I go to my son pediatrician for referrals to suite my sons needs after his diagnosis of autism she wanted me to get a developmental pediatrician, another OT for at home, A neurologist and a eye and ear Dr so we can make sure that his eyes and hearing aren't adding to his delays. Not only does he lie to me and tell me my sons to young to have his eyes check and questions why I need these referrals who told you to get them the whole time he's not actively listening to me. At this point I can see what going on and I ask him the question that really matters... Is your office gonna be able to meet my sons need and requirements as a disabled child if he's diagnosed with autism next week. And his answer was "I don't know we will have to see" That's it enough said I pulled my son out of there right away and signed over his medical records to another office that can. If your child has a disability don't bring them to this office Dr Tural will let your child fall behind and his office never fills out paper work in time referrals you wait forever and if you child happens to need diapers prescribed you'll be waiting forever for those prescriptions because Dr Tural does not care about your child with special needs. And also to add to that if you want your child's medical records from there it will be a long wait and it will cost you.

My kids appt was at 9:45 …read more.. it wasn't until 10:56 (and me going out and saying something) that the doctor came in to my our room... we were then informed that she needs to come back later for her second antibiotic dose because it's too early for it... we were here yesterday and that's when they gave her, her first shot (my kid refuses any liquid medicine).... I had to cancel two different appointments due to them being so late coming into our room. Further more, they're the ones calling people into the office when the rooms are "ready" , the doctors and nurses should be ready as well! On top of all that. We've now been here an entire hour and a half and we're sitting here twiddling our fingers , our nurse came in to say, she can get her second dose now and that she'd be back in a moment .... Literally feel like we'll be here another hour considering we have to stay an extra 20 mins after the medicine is given to her to make sure she doesn't have a reaction. Meanwhile my child is done being in this office and it's been almost 2 HOURS since her scheduled appointment ! Definitely considering switching both of my children out of this place

Both of my kids come here, and every visit has been thorough, thoughtful, and never rushed. As a working mom, I truly appreciate how accommodating they are with scheduling and communication. I feel completely confident in all of the providers and trust them wholeheartedly with my kids' care. The nursing team is always available to answer questions -- even during the blizzard! When everything else was closed due to the weather, they were still there to guide me on how to care for my kids at home. That meant so much to our family. You can really tell they care deeply about their patients. We're so grateful to have found this practice!

We started with Dr. Yasigian who was absolutely wonderful but has since retired. My children now see Dr. Peduto and Dr. Crotty as their primary physicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a pediatrician for their children. Karen is the RN on staff and she's been there forever. She's extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. All the nurse practitioners and staff are all very kind. Eastside Clinical is located right up the street in case you need to do labs. They are associated with Just Sick Kids which is on the other side of the building. It's basically a walk-in/after hours office that is staffed with nurse practitioners. It's very convenient for sick calls when you're unable to get an appointment. Edit* I realized this is the Smithfield office. While I'm sure this office is wonderful as well not that we visit the Lincoln office

They have many drs so ur always able to be seen. Very accommodating. I've messed up apt.times twice and they just squeezed new in same day and were awesome about it. I've always been sceptical about a male Dr for my kids but Dr.Maltz is the best. He's kind, smart, he listens to toe concerns and even my own recommendation for my son who has severe ADHD where other doctors have given me a hard time about him or have been overly nosey our just rude. And! I've breastfed all of my little chickadees so I thought I knew everything there was to know about breastfeeding and I don't remember what it was but he had made an excellent suggestion and was knowledgeable about weight gain and load in beginning due to jaundice. They even have 2 separate waiting rooms. One for sick kids and one for healthy kids. And 2 offices close by. I love them!
