Went into the store to pick up some saline and the lady clerk I ran into took me directly to where the saline was. They had a variety of selections. I was out of the store in less than five minutes. I'd been trying to get another large chain pharmacy to take my insurance, because they are in the network. They told me I was not eligible for Tri care as the secondary. Today I spent 2 hours on the phone with my Humana rep. We went through everything. Tri care said I was eligible, of course. My Humana lady called the pharmacy with me on the line. She was going to tell them how to submit to Express Script (tricare) but the chain pharmacy would not talk to her. She wanted me to come down to the store. So I did. The line was long. An employee told me I was last in line before lunch. Ok. He said they would take me. When I got the the pharmacy person, he said there was no one to help me as everyone was at lunch. It was 1:40. I asked what the lunch hours were and he said there were signs all over the store! Rude. So I will go to CVS. We had to change pharmacies from Sams because they are no longer taking our insurance. Thank you, CVS.

While waiting 15 minutes another person showed up and scanned a man's purchase who cut to the side of the front of the line. Several people asked her not to reward him by checking online and laughed at us. She ignored at least 6 customers who patiently waited in line. Know I've been on hold 13 minutes to speak to the store manager. I will go to Las Cruces from know on. This store is not responsible, unorganized, management doesn't exist. A regional manager needs to come here and clean house by firing the management working today.

The other day I picked up a prescription there for metformin a drug used to treat high blood sugar. Within days I was suffering from some of the drug's more common side effects of fatigue then nausea , neither of which the pharmacy bothered to mention or bring up to me when I picked up the drug. Shouldn't come as surprise I guess. A year ago or so I picked a different prescription for methylprednisolone a powerful anti inflammatory. This time the head pharmacist took me to the side emphasizing to me to make sure I not take this drug on an empty stomach. OK. Got home and noticed the label read different instructions from what the pharmacist had told me the label informing me to follow a strict on/off protocol of taking the drug alternating between taking it with food and on an empty stomach. Confused I went to the manufacturers web site which confirmed the instructions on the bottles label contradicting the WMT pharmacist's instruction. Downright incompetent that bunch. I can appreciate why my doctors office never mention them to their patients. I wouldn't either. lol
