The female who answered the phone didnt greet when answering the call. I just decided, I need flowers to my child whom just had surgery and we don't live in the area. So I continued on and she asked when do I want it delivered, I said "same day please." She said, it won't be til after 4pm, I said thats ok. So she put me on hold and someone else took the call. This other female asked (rudely, again), have you ordered with us before and I responded this is my first time. I'd think she'd be more nice to new customers but I'm wrong again, she asked what my name was (rudely) and I gave it to her...I just couldn't do it. I just hung up. My COMPTON side was gonna come out so I hung it up. Is there another flower shop with better / kinder service. Please treat your customers especially new ones better. You'll get more service as well as being referred to many others as well.

That is the reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because their flowers might be stunning. My mom was having trouble finding a corsage for my nephew to give to his girlfriend for homecoming on Sat. Called Apple Blossoms from Dallas on Friday at 4 pm (they close at 5 pm). Told them the situation and even though they were out of corsages and getting ready for a big wedding on Saturday...agreed to make me a corsage to be picked up by 5 pm. Corsage was PERFECT!!!
