Sandra and the other gentleman (I didn't get his name) were both very friendly and explained everything in detail. After reading their Yelp reviews, I felt very comfortable bringing my car here. I searched places through Yelp and found Yosemite Auto Body Shop. Sarah was so helpful even when she was about to leave, she was helping me without rushing, Mr. Lee checked and immediately knew what parts are damaged. He was so kind and helpful and gave me an estimate right away. I decided to wait and look for different shops as I was shopping around. The other shops told me that it can be fixed for 11k or 12k, I was shocked so came back to Mr. Lee. I live about 40 mins from this shop but I knew I can trust them, Mr. Lee said it might take about 2 weeks or less and yes it was fixed in less than two weeks. I got there late to pick it up and Mr. Lee waited for me, he was so kind and nice, they kept me updated and waiving some fees for extra parts. I do not have words for how grateful I am, my car was left as brand new, I cannot even tell that it was so damaged and the painting looks amazing. Leaving some pictures.
