They were not doing some of the tasks that they should to properly account for and keep up with the AR for our company. We discovered their errors on the AR after we left them, and when we asked them to give info to help fix the mess they made, they basically told us to do it ourselves, and were unwilling to address the problem they created. I find them to be lacking, and unprofessional. I would never recommend them, nor would I think they would be a good fit for many people. They have little to no integrity, from my dealings with them.
