My biggest complaint is that we paid them before they completed everything. We were told that they were going to come back to give some of the property a second dose of weed killer. That was last fall. We have called Neal multiple times and every time have been assured that they will make time for us soon. At this point, the weeds are coming in fast and we've decided to just do it ourselves and call it a lesson learned. read more

After 5 weeks I finally fired him, my front yard is a mess. My 12 foot laurel bush died as well as the other 5 laurels along wit my bottle brush plants is dead I have to replace my sprinkler system because he tore the out with a machine he couldn't run. All my ornamental sprinklers were wacked off with weed Wacker. Not to mention people showing up at my house randomly looking for work one had an ankle bracelet. I call state of Idaho and he's not licensed in Idaho. I figure I'm out for the shrubs, sprinklers and labor close to $7000. There is more just tired and stressed probably more1 read more

He was drunk and cussed at his employees. He also lies to his customers. As far as his services I would not suggest them.

Skid steer was used to "smooth" out yard. Completely wrong equipment for job. Concrete edging heaves up and down very noticeably because of uneven ground. Did not smooth driveway where skidstere dug into gravel in very large area. Was not reimbursed for unused products until confronted. Took weeks to plant grass and now lawn is full of weeds. One side of lawn is over 10 feet past the line of sprinklers. Sprinkler spray pattern was not adjusted. One head is about 3 inches below ground level and barely comes high enough to spray the lawn. Nothing about this job was done professionally. Very Disappointed. Do your homework.

He also called me names and when I asked him to please take a moment to come and review the footage from the ring doorbell. It shows your workers being here for only 15 minutes and didn't even put one baggage of yard debris in their trailer. Shame on not only the 3 young men that work here for not even putting in the efforts but also shame on the owner for teaching them they are allowed to do so by refusing to come see the recorded footage. How dare they pray on the elderly and disabled. Only gave one star because it wouldn't allow any less

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.

So Neal is a very unprofessional supposed landscaper that talks down to all of his employees even while out on the jobsite. He thinks that he is building people up when in fact he is just a narcissistic abuser. He does cheap work for premium prices and tries to tell people how to use their equipment. He would probably steal stuff if he thought he could get away with it. Find someone else. Don't use this loser. read more

I've been scared to death of this dead, tall, pine tree falling on my or any of my wonderful neighbors' homes the last few weeks. He was at my house in less than 20 mins after calling him for an estimate.
