    They repaired a tire I thought needed replacing-Fair and Honest I will return.

    I've gotten my car serviced here three times in the last few months all for different reasons. The service advisors always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, understand the issues I'm facing, and explaining the service they're providing. I've worked with Letizia, Rodrigo, and Omar now and they are the best of the best! Besides the great coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks, I know they will not price gauge me and get me out quickly with a safer vehicle. The technicians know what they're doing too. The vehicle does not have to be a Chevy to get quality maintenance and repairs. This was told to me by Letizia when I first came in, which is great information to keep in the back of my mind when recommending them to friends and family. Every now and then I'll see one of the techs talking to the manager or with staff. They always look so busy but remain pleasant. Same goes for the current manager busy but customer-centric and welcoming. Its hard finding a trusted shop and people appreciate the integrity and kindness and so like me they keep coming back. I don't trust just anyone with my beloved high mileage vehicle. I want my baby to last, and this shop helps me keep it running like new. I no longer sweat car issues,10/10 would recommend. Thank you to the Pride Chevy Service Team!

However, after being notified that my car was ready for pickup, I was shocked to find it had been sideswiped while in their care. My vehicle had no dents or marks when I brought it in. I immediately spoke with the manager, who reassured me that the damage would be fixed and that my car would look as good as new. However, I was later told they needed to order parts for the damage they caused. This was frustrating, as it showed a lack of accountability and care for my vehicle. Two days later, when I returned to pick up my car, I noticed that the color of the repair area was completely mismatched. The paint didn't even remotely match the original color. When I pointed this out to the agent handing me the keys, his response was dismissive, telling me that "it's dirty" and that all I needed to do was wash it. I explained that the color difference was clearly noticeable, but he insisted that I wash it and return if I still felt it was an issue. I followed his suggestion and returned to the dealership, where the agent then suggested I take my car to another shop to have the door "buffed" to try and make the color look closer. This was completely unacceptable, so I refused. He then told me to come back the following morning to speak with the manager. The next day, I spoke to the manager, Peter Carey. He acknowledged the color mismatch but suggested painting only one side of the car to "resolve" the issue. I made it clear that this was not a satisfactory solution. Peter took my contact information but never followed up with me as promised. Since then, I have reached out to corporate, but I have yet to hear back from them. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.*******Update on my Status on Peter's response. You responded to this message fast, but did not have the decency to call me when you took my number down and never called me. I must express my disappointment with the service I received regarding my vehicle's repair. It feels as though my concerns have not been taken seriously, and the issues with my car remain unresolved. Since then I filed an insurance claim due to a very poor repair from their bodyshop.

From the beginning of the purchase process of my vehicle from North Shore I was treated with disrespect. Jason was incredibly kind, but not able to help without assistance from a manager. Boris was rude time and time again. I ended up purchasing because there was a vehicle I was interested in, so much so I was able to overlook the incompetent and rude salesmen. My mistake! After purchase and delivery (a day later than promised) I have had to bring the car into the manufacturer 3 times. The car left the North Shore Auto Mall after "being inspected by their mechanics" and was deemed by them as safe on the road. I brought the car to the manufacturer and it did not pass a safety inspection. NORTH SHORE AUTO MALL LACKS KNOWLEDGE AND IS NEGLIGENT! Never would I have expected the car to be unsafe to drive after being assured from the manager, Kevin, the dealership's mechanics had looked over it. To think I have been driving an unsafe vehicle for months is beyond concerning. I scheduled an appointment to have the vehicle inspected by the manufacturer, but due to their schedule was not able to get the car in until today. North Shore's mechanics suggested there might have been some issues with the front suspension after they had inspected the vehicle. They did not feel it necessary to address these issues before release of the vehicle, and suggested I follow up with the manufacturer after I picked up the vehicle. Perhaps if they had brought the car to the manufacturer to see that there was no issues before they sold the vehicle this all would have been avoided. Turns out the issues are in the rear end. Seems like a major detail to have confused. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, as safety is not something that is a concern to them. That's when I got up and said something at the desk. Two hours later it's ready. If I didn't say something it would've been longer. What would've happened if I didn't make an appointment? 3 hours or more? Then they have a Service Status up date by text. Arrival, Inspection, Service, Final Touches and Ready for pickup. This was pointless, when the job was done; it scrolled through very quickly with the check marks beside the progress marks. There's no time stamp of progress in between. I spoke to a customer she told me she waited an hour and still waiting, for her oil change. I'm not doing this again.

The only thing that was aggressive was their sale tactics. They will say anything to lure you into their web. After hours I decided to go with one of their cars. They ended up giving me about $200 off and saying that that is all they can do for me. I have a newborn at home and don't have the luxury of driving around looking for another car so I went with it. However, Do yourself a favor. Even if you'll end up loving your Honda you'll always remember the moment you got manipulated by some car saleswoman every time you look at your car.
