Dr. Kelly Hogan barely spent five minutes with him, never gave me a diagnosis, and charged nearly $300 for an exam, a shot, and an antibiotic. She simply said, "Take him home, he'll be fine." She also told me she would email me all the information about my puppy's visit, but the only thing she sent was the receipt--nothing else. When I went to Premier Pet Care's website to check my puppy's records, there was no additional information available. I followed her instructions exactly, giving my puppy the antibiotic as directed. Two days later, he died. I am absolutely devastated and feel like I trusted the wrong vet. If she had taken the time to properly assess him or given me a real diagnosis, maybe things would have been different. I do not feel Dr. Kelly Hogan meets the Standard of Veterinary Excellence. I will never forgive myself for taking my puppy here. I wish I had gone ANYWHERE ELSE. Please, if you love your pets, do not bring them to Premier Pet Care.

Update: Maggie had her second visit today…read more Truly talented. I was looking for a groomer that dealt with dogs who are anxious (and a bit aggressive in our case). We give our Havanese, Maggie, a small dose of Trazodone in order to calm her before any grooming session. We had an appointment at 12:30, got a call a little past 2 saying our dog was ready for pickup. I was very glad the staff at the Pet Lodge took my anxious dog in quickly and worked on her right away. Also, due to covid Maggie hadn't had a decent haircut in awhile. Pet Lodge did a wonderful job shaving off alllllll the matted hair that built up over time. THANK YOU!

My other go-tos made me go through hoops to get my two dogs in for doggy daycare but so thankful Pampered Pets had room and just requested vet records with the proper vax. The place is def chill with dogs hanging out in different rooms and also given walks out back. They also were very accommodating with my crazy schedule letting me drop off a little early for a small fee and pick up as late as 10pm! Not used to such flexibility with past doggy daycares. On top of that, I decided to give my bichon grooming but was nervous because his hair was matted and thought they would just shave it all off like a "puppy cut". To my surprise, he came out looking sooooo cute despite the body shave! Im so happy to have a new groomer and boarding place for the future. Highly recommend.
