Heartbreaking Experience - Do Not Take Your Pets Here I took…read moremy puppy to Premier Pet Care at 1 Tiffany Lynn Ct., Wentzville, MO, and I deeply regret it. Dr. Kelly Hogan barely spent five minutes with him, never gave me a diagnosis, and charged nearly $300 for an exam, a shot, and an antibiotic. She simply said, "Take him home, he'll be fine." She also told me she would email me all the information about my puppy's visit, but the only thing she sent was the receipt--nothing else. When I went to Premier Pet Care's website to check my puppy's records, there was no additional information available. I followed her instructions exactly, giving my puppy the antibiotic as directed. Two days later, he died. I am absolutely devastated and feel like I trusted the wrong vet. If she had taken the time to properly assess him or given me a real diagnosis, maybe things would have been different. I do not feel Dr. Kelly Hogan meets the Standard of Veterinary Excellence. I will never forgive myself for taking my puppy here. I wish I had gone ANYWHERE ELSE. Please, if you love your pets, do not bring them to Premier Pet Care.

Pampered Paws did an amazing job grooming my Pomeranian! I was so impressed with their incredible…read morework! I've been taking my dog to a different groomer, but decided to try Pampered Paws on a recommendation from an aunt. Pampered Paws is now the only place I will take my dog to get groomed! The grooming visit took about two hours, which is perfect for my nervous wreck of a pup. I hated leaving him for the whole day at the other place. Pampered Paws did a fabulous job grooming him. I thought he would need to be shaved because of matting, and I gave them permission to shave if needed. To my pleasant surprise, they didn't need to shave him at all! They brushed out all his winter undercoat, trimmed all the areas that got urine and poop stuck on it, and trimmed his hair all around, just enough to make him look clean and neat. They also trimmed his long paw hairs so I could see his cute toe beans! When I picked him up he looked like a show dog! His fur was so soft and they tied a cute little bandana around his collar. We are thrilled to have a place that is so clean and everyone is nice and caring. Our dog Franny absolutely loves going there. No goodbyes or sad faces when we drop her off, she's like see-ya later and leaves us while she is running inside. This makes my heart happy. Most importantly, I know Franny is safe, happy and gets lots of love there. She comes home from daycare and boarding relaxed and content.
