The waiting area is small with a few seats but the appointments are quick so you won't be waiting long. There is plenty of parking out front or even acorss the street along the sidewalk. My kids had their regular checks up and got their vaccines up to date. They also did a vision test. When we signed up for the new school year and needed a copy of their short records the staff was quick to respond. They also call the day before your appointment as a friendly reminder. I am happy we switched over to Dr.Garcia as our primary pediatrician and look forward to our visits.

We used to love this office, but when Norma left the front desk we started to encounter many…read moreissues. No one answering the phone or difficulty getting called back when prompted to leave a VM. Plus their PA left only leaving Dr. Garcia and Dr. Momin in office a few days a week. This seemed to be fine until my daughter was sick while Dr. Garcia was out of town. It of course fell on a day Dr. Momin wasn't in either, which left the front desk to recommend us to an Urgent Care office. Of course, doctors deserve time away, but there should always be someone available to see a regular patient when sick. This is the whole point of having a pediatrician. When I voiced my displeasure with there not being a single doctor or PA available to see my daughter, without yelling or cursing might I add, I was later sent a letter of discharge. This came as a complete surprise, as I was never contacted by Dr Garcia as requested and as a paying patient I should be able to vocalize my concerns without fear of being retaliated against. I am grateful to be forced to find a pediatrician that will actually be able to see my daughters when they are sick during normal business hours, but am severely disappointed by how this situation was handled.

My child even picked up on the differential behavior. Pediatric offices are usually inviting, lively, plays music or television, and decorated with color. This environment was sterile. Hopefully this location can restructure its organization, leadership, etc., and change the service to be on board with it's counterparts.

They tell you one thing and then gaslight you telling you entirely different things. They discriminate against patients that have Medicare making them wait many HOURS past appointment times to accommodate private pay insurances. I have spoken with the owner on many different occasions, and he also doesn't seem to care about the patients they see and only cared about making money. It is now 2026 and I would not hesitate to seek medical attention there. I've seen Dr. Kelly for female issues and Nurse Practioners for other issues. They refer me to specialists when necessary. I think they do a good job of providing quality medical care. I've seen staff come and go but that is not unusual here in Texas. Kind of a transitory location and growing. I'm now 77 years old and my conditions are unique to aging issues. I've spent a long time online researching other clinics and the reviews are not good unless you are willing to drive into Austin or San Antonio.
