Chain pharmacies all seem to offer loyalty programs these days to encourage you back, and with three alternatives in the small group of shops in and around Bridgepoint, Priceline and its peers need to work at attracting and keeping customers.
I fell into Priceline and joined its program first, so tend to head back there on most occasions - it's well-stocked and equipped with a full-service pharmacy (which not all Pricelines are). I'd also sing the praises of its staffing policy - getting retail assistants is tricky, and the ones here are almost always good.
Not happy with the implementation of the loyalty program though - I diligently clock my card and accrue points each visit, but rarely remember to bring in my monthly discount coupon (which usually amounts to all of about $3.56!) Could they not simply record the discount entitlement on the card itself?? read more
