I travel to Chemist Outlet at Baulkham Hills from North Rocks because I save a LOT of money on the prices charged at the two pharmacies at North rocks. But I was annoyed recently by being undercharged on one visit, despite my querying the amount! (I did not actually check the receipt), and then being ambushed on my next visit with a double bill! I suggest they should get it right the first time! Indeed, I am not sure that I was not in my legal right to downright decline to pay. Since I am on a roll, what are the rules on mask wearing in June 2022 in pharmacies? I wear one, but a lot of the people who work there do not. read more

Disgusting service. Script was filled wanted to ask the actual pharmacist question regarding one of the pharmacy pills she mentioned she will over to help in just a moment, then proceeded to fill more scripts that were coming in for new customers. I waited over ten minutes at one point she looked my way and said "wont be long" a further five minutes went by and she still filled more scripts. I asked a fellow worker can i just ask the pharmacist one question and he said u need to wait. I told them i haven't got time for this type of service. I said "i will ho to another chemist where they know how to treat customers". The pharmacist by now looked up at me and said "ill give you the script back" did not even give me an option to ask my question nor an apology for making me wait so long. I will never ever recommend this chemist to any family or friends. The name of the pharmacist has not been written here in order to protect her privacy however i will be making a formal complaint to the store manager during business hours tommorow. read more

A fantastic chemist with helpfull informed staff who always are happy to help and find out about a product if they don't already know about it. The hours of opening are brillant,every day of the year except christmas and maybe good friday.Also, unlike other chemists they sell a huge range of products at extremely cheap prices.Keep an eye out for the ongoing specials and sales they have.
