It always goes straight to the message board and no one ever calls back..It is a rarity if they do and two they have the operation of hours on their door but they never seem to be there..I ordered to items a month ago..he said it would be a few days..that took 2 weeks..I'm still waiting on the second item it's been a month..mind you that I have paid out of pocket because the medical insurance does not cover these items..when a business has certain advertised hours..they should be open on those hours or hire more staff..also returning calls would be much appreciated!!!!

Do yer job and go home! There are folks who go out of THEIR way to make the lives of others so un- necessarily stressful and there's absolutely no need for it! Needless to say I recieved my script elsewhere from a much kinder pharmacy and I will no longer be getting my monthly scripts from Wal-Mart where I've gone for years. I'm changing over to where I just picked up the very script I was denied without any questions or comments or problems... so this will be my new pharmacy. This is regarding the Oneida Walmart Pharmacy and pertaining to ONE individual. Others were nice.
