I quit trying to buy their roaster chickens after receiving 3 so dried out and un-eatable. Now I'm done all together. I had a bad taste for them when they told me to hold my returnables during the pandemic or take them to Big M. Now they require me to have my license scanned to buy beer. This is not a NYS law. Check my DOB fine, even look at me and notice I'm a senior, fine, but they are data mining. I told the cashier I did not want my License scanned and she said the store requires it. I said I didn't want my info in their system. She said" Oh Honey we already have all of your info" Great to know in these days of system hacking." I'm done with them. I'll drive farther to Big M where they use their head. I now know why they are still in business, when up the road is a cheaper option. read more

At least once a year, my family and I camp in the Thousand Islands and always near Alexandria Bay. Sometimes we forget grocery items and need to find a place to go shopping. This Price Chopper is nice and close to all the campgrounds. It is also clean and organized. You can tell all the locals love it as well. We stopped in here on our way home and got some breakfast. My fiance got a slice of breakfast pizza and we got a deal on some donuts. Everything was delicious. I also got a cup of coffee which wasn't bad for grocery store coffee! read more

Went to price chopper today. Since it's the Sunday of July 4 weekend it was very busy, but that's yo be expected the Sunday of July 4 weekend. While in line, a crazed woman came up and started going off on an employee, Shanaece. Shanaece handled the situation very well, despite the woman being totally obnoxious, over privileged, and oblivious of the fact that she was in a busy grocery store on the weekend of July 4.
