They said I needed to apply to become a new patient. I've never heard of anything like that nor has anyone else. I have excellent insurance and no serious medical issues. I completed their application and left. A few days later I received a call saying all of their doctors were NOT taking new patients. I told them I clearly stated my urgency when I stopped in and was told they were taking new patients. Now I find out that wasn't true and I wasted 4 days waiting. They CLEARLY don't care about people's well being. In visiting many other doctors in my area I found many are under the Family Care Medical Group. I visited 5 with similar bad results. I would not trust these insensitive, uncaring people with my healthcare.
