I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant experience with an electrical company to call…read moreJC Electric. I have called on some other electrical companies before and was disappointed with the initial call, the pricing, the service itself...for example sending out an inexperienced technician by himself before he was ready, no eye contact, no good explanations of job process, just wham bam thank you mam attitude and out the door. Calling JC Electric was the best call I could have made, it was the difference between night and day! I am an older woman who lives alone and I was anxious having a strange man in the house. When they knocked on my door, the first thing I saw was good eye contact, a smile, followed by a greeting, an introduction and a firm hand shake. That little bit of extra effort goes a long way at putting you at ease. Every step of the process was professional starting from the initial contact with a very pleasant receptionist, to the extremely quick turn around time, to job completion.I was very impressed with the excellent customer service of all the team members working together efficiently like a finely tuned machine. JC Electric is an amazing company that has everything going for them, excellent customer rapport, efficient and timely service calls and very reasonable pricing. I must say the entire team went above and beyond to meet my needs in a friendly and pleasant manner. I couldn't be a happier customer!!! I will definitely be calling on JC Electric for my next project.

To my surprise, I was assured that the representative would not pressure wash from my water hose ( my pipes), but a container would be filled with water & the water pressure would come from the container. That sold me on her business. The rep came & did just that ( pressured from the container). Not only did he do a great job, he was very professional. I am pleased with Express Maids Service. I will be utilizing their services again. I recommend Express Maids to anyone needing their outstanding cleaning services, inside & outside of the home .

Please avoid using this company! Last Thursday, our garage door wouldn't go up with my car stuck…read moreinside. My husband, who is quite handy, suspected the spring was the issue. We have a home warranty with AHS, and Bye Door Installs was the selected service provider. The technician came out on Friday and instead of focusing on the problem, he criticized the builders, saying things like, "These builders just throw these houses together and they don't put the doors on correctly" and "You see where this light is coming in, they didn't do that right." He mentioned something about the tensions, ordering parts, and said he would return on Monday or Tuesday to fix it. Imagine my shock when we received an estimate from them through AHS of $8,723, claiming the door looked like it had been hit by a car, wasn't installed correctly, and needed to be replaced. I was flabbergasted. I called the company and spoke to someone who said they didn't understand how it could be that much and promised a technician would call me back. Of course, no one did. I tried calling several times yesterday and this morning, but no one answered. I called AHS and requested a second opinion, but they needed to find a new service provider, which would take another 48 hours. We found a local company yesterday that came out this morning. They tightened the spring, added a new coil, and completed the job in 20 minutes for $199. The only explanation for this discrepancy in price is that Bye Door Installs was trying to scam AHS and us as consumers. I'm sure they thought we would fall for anything because my car was trapped in the garage. I urge you not to use this company. If you are in the Auburn/Opelika area, I highly recommend Up Down Garage Door. Excellent service with integrity.

His fees were very reasonable, and he was honest about everything without us ever feeling pressured about the different products. Even when our HOA audibled and wanted us to put another gate on, he and his team easily made it happen without concern. I cannot recommend this company enough!

The locksmith came on time, was very courteous, professional and got right to work. It took him maybe 20 minutes at the most to re-key the house and provide 3 new key copies for us. He had a mobile locksmith shop right in his vehicle and I was able to pay by credit card right on the spot. Very professional and the price that I paid was fair and very reasonable. In fact, I paid much more 4 years ago in another State to re-key only two entry doors (only 2 locks). I highly recommend River Region Locksmith and Security.
