I've always been a big fan of soft pretzels. Yes, this won't be the best soft pretzel you've ever had but it's pretty darn good. I usually go with either the original pretzel or the cinnamon pretzel which is more of a dessert. Another thing I'm a big fan of is dipping sauces. Auntie Anne's doesn't disappoint here either. I usually go with either the cheese sauce for a savory pretzel or the sweet glaze sauce for the cinnamon pretzel. They have a couple other dipping sauces to choose from. I'm also a big fan of pretzel dogs and they have that too! You can either go with the mini pretzel dog bites or the hot dog size pretzel dog. Another thing I love is lemonade and they've got that too! Not only normal lemonade but other flavors like strawberry as well. I think we're starting to see a trend here. One thing I don't like is that the pretzels aren't 100% fresh. You're likely going to get one that has at least been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple minutes. I get that this speeds up the ordering process as this is more of a grab-and-go type place. The pretzels still taste great so I'm not complaining!

I'm usually strong enough to resist but this time I was with my husband and he INSISTED. So we got the cinnamon pretzel bites (I think that's what they are) and the jalapeño pretzel dogs. Both came out fresh. Sooooooooooo Gooooooooood!!!! Warm, fluffy , greasy and unhealthy AF. Definitely worth a try. I docked a point because the staff seemed a bit cold and not very warm and welcoming. But whatever. I got all the warmth and fluffiness I needed from the food. Final grade: B+ Definitely plan to return.

It took another 10 mins for 2 salads to come out and another 10 or so minutes for another meal to come out. Not only did she NEVER check up on us in the hour that we've just been sitting here and have a dead and annoyed attitude, she forgot an entire order! (Probably because she was half ignoring us taking our order and never came back.) I understand there were 2 of the same orders, but if she had just relayed an overview of the table's orders (standard practice in ALL restaurants) we wouldn't have come to this point. She would never let us say anything either as she would just plop the food back on the table and immediately leave to hide in the back without a word. Honestly the most frustrating service experience ever. As a service worker, I feel for getting tired after long days and such, but it comes to a point where if you cannot bring yourself to interact with customers properly, then there is no reason to show up and act like this. It only brings down the whole experience of the franchise. Please do better. PSA to any people reading this: Regardless of having a horrible experience, please do NOT stiff your servers. Be kind and leave a tip, your server will end up paying out of pocket if you stiff them. I might not have enjoyed the service, but always leave some sort of tip for them.

Clearly the glass had not been properly cleaned. I brought it to the bartender's attention and while she offered to remake the drink, there was no apology beyond that, no refund offer, and honestly no sense of urgency or concern about serving a dirty glass. By that point, I was completely put off and declined the replacement. I understand mistakes happen, but cleanliness at a bar should be the bare minimum, especially when it comes to drinkware. Unfortunately, this experience ruined the visit for me and I won't be returning.

It's an easy place for all kinds of gatherings, especially ones with big groups and a thirsty penchant for beer. In a place like Webster where chains rule and suburban life is abundant, Saloon Door stands out as an excellent local option. It may not look like much from the outside and even the interior is minimal, but that somehow doesn't matter when groups of people are enjoying their brews together. They host all sorts of events and also allow for private use of dare venue space. Any first timer should absolutely indulge in a beer flight with some kind. The brewmasters are kind enough to let folks sample to their heart's content. Not everybody is beer savvy (#1) but they do a good job of recommending the right ones for any given palate. I appreciate their selection of stouts, ales, light brews, and IPAs. I have a fondness for their peanut butter milk stout, as well as dar dildo pickle gose. The tasty AF is also a good one, as is the lava imperial hot rock beer. The ladder has an ABV of 11%, so it is the most potent one in their lineup that I know of. Most breweries like this aren't always known for food, but there are some nice deals to be had here. Their taco Tuesday nights are popular since board games and happy hour beers are apparently a thing. The Friday deal for $15 inlcudes a burger, fries, and a beer would is very affordable in these times. Thursday nights they activate their projection screen and do a " a retro video game" night with plenty of multiplayer and beer specials. I always look forward to coming here. There is no pretense, plenty of good service, and even more good beer. __________ (#1) ::::coughs:::: me.

It was one of the first on this side of town before everyone and their mom started opening up breweries. The difference is, it has stood the test of time and is still going strong. This location is located in an industrial park close to I-45. There is plenty of parking. It anchors that particular section and is quite large inside. There is plenty of seating and they also have space available for private events. The staff here know their product and offer great advise on what to pick if you are indecisive like me. They have quite a respectable assortment of beers to choose from. They have light beers, malty beers, stouts, IPAs, and seasonal beers. I would suggest a flight if you want to try a few different things. I am not a big IPA guy, but Saloon Door has some that are pretty tasty. My favorites here at their stouts. They are heavy, but easy to sip on. Their stouts have flavor profiles that I love. My all time favorite Saloon Door beer is the Tasty AF. It is a peanut butter and chocolate milk stout. How can you go wrong with that flavor combination. It's like drinking a dessert. Some breweries name their beers with flavors but don't deliver on said flavor. Here, their beers are true to their names. Don't sleep on their other offering though! As far as food, they have rotating food trucks that you can order from. This location was my introduction to Saloon Door, but they did open their second location closer to my home. I would still without a doubt come back to this location if in the area though!
