Their buns have such a sweetness to them mixed with a sharp and well-cooked patty, American cheese (a must in a cheeseburger), and their haus sauce that is like a thousand island style sauce that all combines into a delight. It always has a hefty weight to it and a well balanced amount of tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. How do you explain the concept of a burger? It's really just something special. They always have a great selection of beers and good deals to go around. It was one of the few bars in Lubbock to offer cans of peebers (PBRs), which was always exciting for me.
