We had an emergency at a mobile home park where the holding tank had overflowed, causing a major sewer backup. The tank hadn't been pumped in years, making it an extremely difficult job. We needed a company that could respond quickly and handle a challenging situation, and Craftsman Sewers delivered. They arrived on time with the right equipment and got straight to work. They made incredible progress on the first day and came back promptly the next morning to finish the job. They never complained about how difficult the work was--they stayed focused until everything was completed. What impressed me the most was their communication, professionalism, and work ethic. As a fellow contractor, I appreciate companies that show up when they say they will, do exactly what they promise, and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a dependable septic and sewer pumping company, I highly recommend Craftsman Sewers. They've earned my trust, and I'll definitely be calling them again when I need their services.

Felix and his crew are amazing. They certified our septic system. Thank you!…read more Our septic tank needed 2 24" covers and 2 4" clean outs. Our septic tank was not right until they came and were able to fix it. The septic tank had to be cleaned out and videoed. What was their discovery? Our septic tank had only one 24"cover . This cover was not heavy duty either. The 4" clean outs were only 3"clean outs. Nothing was right. Also discovered was that our sewage pit had collapsed! We had to drill, hand dig and put in a new sewage pit and connect it up to our septic tank. Now our septic system is complete and certified. This represents a ton of hard work to be accomplished during very hot weather. It took almost 7 days to complete our job. This was hard and very tedious work. But Felix and his crew are always up for the task. They do work very hard. I can tell you that Craftsman Sewers are honest, they communicate to you well and they do not leave you in the dark. You will know about your septic system with them. They do keep things as clean as they can. This is not easy to do. They even hand watered areas to keep the dust down for us. It was a true pleasure to have Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew at our home. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Does this cost money? Yes it does. But are they worth it? Yes they are. . .Everyday! Thank you to Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew.!

I am writing to follow up on my previous request regarding a full refund for the services I paid for, which were not completed as agreed. As stated in my initial communication, I paid a deposit $1,000 for the installation of a bathroom vanity. The original appointment was canceled, and the work has still not been completed. This has caused inconvenience and does not meet the expectations or agreement we had in place. This message serves as a second formal notice requesting a full refund of $1,000. I ask that this refund be processed within 5 business days from the date of this email. If I do not receive a response or resolution within this timeframe, I will proceed with further action, which may include filing formal complaints through applicable consumer protection agencies and pursuing other available remedies. I would prefer to resolve this matter quickly and amicably. Please confirm when I can expect the refund. I paid a deposit to this business for a scheduled service, but ended up canceling the appointment in advance. No work was performed. When I requested a refund of my deposit, the business refused to return it. There was no signed agreement stating the deposit was non-refundable, and no materials or services were provided. I attempted to resolve this directly but was unsuccessful. Based on my experience, I would recommend confirming refund policies in writing before making any payment.

It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.

The culprit, rickety old pvc pipe joint gave out. Immediately we sought out a great plumber to help us. Apparently, everyone else likes to relax on Sunday (I get it, me too lol) and told us they'd come "tomorrow". Uhh, at the rate of water coming out and us having to call the city to shut it off, not happening lol. We called Trinity Plumbing and they got someone out faster than we could blink.
