We were staying at The Boulders for my birthday weekend and happened to find this boutique as we typically never go north of the 101. I am sure glad I found it! I have been here several times now and manage to always find something I "can't live without". The ladies working here are super nice and helpful and remembered me the next time I came in which was more than a month later. There is a great selection of clothing in various styles and colors. read more

This store is so beautiful and they have such beautiful clothes! Every piece is so feminine and memorable. I love coming here and finding something unique to bring home with me. Anything I buy here ends up being complimented endlessly. And this location is incredible because it's not even five minutes from my house and I can't say that about many places based on where I live. The prices are so great, too. I can't say enough good things about this place :) read more

Incredible place for us girlies to shop! This boutique I have to say exceeds all my expectations from the beautifully curated selection, to Samantha's exceptional styling advice! The prices are reasonable without compromising quality. From Jean sizes for all our shapes, trendy office wear to comfort and cozy sweater weather options Pretty Please Boutique I highly recommend. Consistently great selections for all demographics. Excellent customer service the ladies who work there are always helpful and encouraging!! read more

I had the most miserable experience at this boutique. I bought a full price pair of jeans $108 that did not fit my 95 year old mother. I attempted to return them with receipt three day after purchase with all the tags on the jeans and my receipt but they would not return them. I kept the necklace I bought but the jeans just would not work. I was told I could only exchange it for something else in the store. This is not customer service if you ask me. The size selections were abysmal. I tried for over an hour to find something. I don't even live in Phoenix and more so I was forced to buy something. It was not what I wanted or needed but I would lose $108 plus tax. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. In fairness they offered to extend a time limit for me to come back and spend the money but since I don't live here it would be impossible. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU'RE SURE YPU WON'T NEED TO RETURN. GRRRRRR read more

Love shopping here! I always get the best service and easy to find that one thing I need.

Love this quaint boutique! I actually visited the other location, and they found what I was looking for at this location! The sales person had my leggings waiting for me & was very friendly. Also loved my YELP 10% off! read more

Pretty Please Boutique - Women's Clothing Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

This is such a cute store in the shopping center with the Safeway! They have a great selection of items at good price points. Their sales rack is awesome! The management and staff are so nice and helpful! I like popping in every once in a while to check out new stuff! read more

Best customer service ! Cutest items ! Staff incredibly helpful and kind ! Always find something in the store!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a shirt off the sale rack only to find there was a hole in it. Came back seeking store credit and was told that is not their store policy. They don't do store credit or refunds - period. This was only $21. I also spent $60 on one pair of shorts while I was there last time. That is how you lose customers and tarnish your reputation. You sell $21 garbage and then tell someone to get lost when they would like you to make it right. This is bad customer service 101. Don't shop here, don't shop here, don't shop here! Plenty of other places with good customer service that you could give your business to. read more

Wouldn't let me try on an item that was on the rack outside because it was on sale also the brand of clothes they sell I've seen at XI at desert ridge for half the price. You're welcome read more

Love going into this cute boutique! Everything is always displayed in a neat and organized matter. The sales associates are always very helpful and friendly. This place can be quite expensive, but they do have great sales sometimes! I love it when they have half-off certain items, you can get good quality, adorable clothes without spending a ton of money. Their jewelry is also very reasonably priced, I have found some cool, unique accessories there that I wear all the time now. Also those candles..I need more! Pretty please is great for ladies with a colorful, trendy sense of style! I enjoy shopping here and would like to check out the other locations :) read more

We went here on a Friday and were very impressed by all of the options! They have everything color coordinated, the staff is super friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced for boutique. They have plenty of parking since it's in a strip center. read more

BEWARE!! 5 DAY RETURN POLICY! Yes, FIVE. That no one (owner or employee) will tell you about until you try to return something after 5 days, of course (because a standard return policy is 30 days). And they will point to the miniature exchange sign that is placed on the counter, along side another sign that has nothing to do with the business, and say that is the policy and that's where it's posted for customers to see it. I was shocked at such an absurd, terrible, highly inconvenient policy when I tried to return a sweater because when I purchased it not a single person, who works at or owns the store, offered even an "Are you familiar with our return policy?" Or a "Just so you know..." Aubrey apologized yet did nothing to truly rectify the situation. This store is quite cute, albeit out of the way (also hugely inconvenient for customers/returns); unfortunately the policy and customer service, or lack thereof, is highly disappointing. read more

Love, Love, Love this store along with Daisy Blue !! My favorite stores! Only tip I leave is better to Ask for a gift card from here and not have someone buy you a gift since at times hard to return once bought! Actually I would Love better to get the Gift Card to pick out and try on right there !! ;) read more

Hi. I'm here too! It'll be nice if you recognize me. Sorry, didn't realize you needed to have some sort of plastic as a body part or get your blonde hair from a bottle to be able to shop here. read more

Walked in and picked up a few items to try on. Sales person said hello to the woman standing next to me, chatted with her, took her items and started a room for her. I continued to shop and finally walked into a fitting room with my items. Tried them on and walked out. No one had to waste a breathe speaking one word to me the entire ten minutes I was in this small store. Amazing - so rude! Won't return even though I have shopped there in the past. I will go back to the Hayden store where the sales people are much more friendly. read more

I'd like to give them a half star. Awful customer service. And the sales woman named Audrey had an awful attitude. The clothes are obviously made in China and are extremely overpriced. All I can say is they need to hire better saleswomen read more

I would leave less than 1 star if I could! Overpriced clothes that are made in China. Yes I like the boutique feel, but the clothes leave less to be said about. Everything is made in China and has lasted me a few weeks and have literally had to throw them away!!! Only redeeming factor? They sell Hanky Pank underwear. The sales girls are also rude and unhelpful. I'm new to Scottsdale and you will bet I will not be returning here! read more

Purchased items at Camelback store as Christmas gifts. Talked to girl working about returning, etc. she did not say anything about the closing the store after the holidays. When I tried to return they were closed. I called another location and they offered to extend the return period. I drove 45 min to return at that location and they refused a refund, offering a gift card only. Horrible customer service! Giving 1 star because no stars is not an option! read more
