I found Pretty Party Decorations on Instagram and decided to place an order of custom shirts, aprons, and a QR Code Plaque for my small business as she was located in the Bay Area as well. My order was placed on 4/12, including a 50% deposit, and I was informed that it would be ready for pick-up on 4-22. On the morning of 4-22, I go to email pretty party decorations to confirm my pick up time, and I see an email from the owner dated 4-21 @ 4:45 asking for my shift size. Im, thinking "So my shirts aren't ready the day promised" and I was busy prepping for an event. So, I emailed her back provided the sized and asked her would my order be available the next day which was Saturday 4-23 before 5pm. She told me no because she didn't have my size, but I could pick them up the upcoming Tuesday. WTF!!! So I told her to just cancel the T-shirts and I will get the rest of the stuff. She informed me that there was a custom order and it couldn't be canceled. Also, She would not take responsibility for not getting all the information she needed to complete her order on time. Mind you I placed this order nearly 2 weeks before I needed it and she still couldn't even get the information she needed to ensure the order will be completed on time. I was so fed up with her I nearly didn't wanna do business with her, and didn't want to get the order; however, couple weeks later I decided to hit her up so I could finally pick up my order. She provided a pik-up date of Friday, March 13 at 1 PM. On March 12, I emailed her confirm and to get her address, but she didn't respond that day. So I emailed her back the next morning, which was my pick up day, and she responds that she won't be available until 8 or 9 o'clock at night. So, I responded by telling her that I emailed her to confirm the day prior to picking up. She then replies " without same day confirmation i can't confirm a time". Like, WTF is this woman smoking. I wish I could give this business one star!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order! I purchased 2 walls and 2 pedestals in June 2022, here we are in October and like I am sure you have guessed I do not have any of my walls and she is refusing to refund me my money. We have had 5 separate dates/times to meet up for the delivery, within hours of the set time she has come up with a excuse as to why she can't make the delivery or meet up. From the wall feel and broke, to she didn't confirm the date when she did. Excuse after excuse! She even said I didn't order a champagne wall when I did and I have the proof in writing when I ordered it! She is a scam artist!!! She only accepts payment through CashApp because she knows you cannot get a refund!!! I am out hundreds of dollars!!! She has no regard for anyone! This lady Jeanique Irsha is a fraud! She is marketing her business on Facebook, Etsy, and Instagram posting multiple pictures of her work. Has people pay for her service, and then doesn't deliver the product. I hired her to fabricate a base for my backdrop, paid her and missed so many appointments 10/14/19- missed - we had it scheduled for weeks, but all of sudden business is closed 10/16/19 - said she would drop off between 7/8 pm - appointment missed - I called/emailed/text multiple times to no avail 10/20/19 - Sunday no show - no call - apparently sick - but everyone else you frauded, said you had the same excuse 10/22/19 - no show - more excuses 11/1/19 - missed and gave more excuses. 11/1/19 Said she would drop off 2:15, later asked to drop off in Oakland at my clients by 5pm (client is not open - I don't even have the address), 11/1/19 - also claimed to drop it off again by 5pm, 11/1/19 then changed it again till the morning then changed it again and wanted to drop off in Oakland (I don't have the address, and was told she would drop it off directly to me). My friend tried to order a champagne wall from this company back in June. She made every single excuse on why she couldn't give my friend her champagne wall. Today being October 11 my friend has asked for a full refund of $500 the same $500. The lady requested to build the champagne wall and she won't respond or give the refund or anything like that. I called texted and emailed the Friday before and Saturday of my event still no response. But she was on Facebook posting about food and movies with her man. Texted about when my order would be ready told Friday evening or early Saturday morning asked if it could be Friday evening as my event was at 10am on Saturday. No response Friday evening sent a text at 6am on Saturday morning no response until 7am saying "I had an emergency. I got the request for the refund I am processing it now". No apology at all. Jeannique McGlothen was quick to respond back and forth when it came to placing my order and collecting my money, but very inconsistent when it came to delivery. She was supposed to deliver 1/31/20 and I didn't hear from her. So I reached out, she claimed one of her 5 kids was sick and that she wasn't coming. Red flag that I had to message her for updated details of her failed delivery arrangement. She rescheduled to deliver on 2/3/20 - again I had to message her to find out she wasn't coming. Long story short, she rescheduled for 2/4/20 and 2/5/20 and I have yet to receive my products or a response on why today's delivery didn't happen. I placed an order with prettypartydecorations sometime in May for events weeks ahead of time. I paid in full what I owed for the things I ordered weeks in advance. She charged me 320 for acrylic menus and 140 for the plate settings, I also purchased a bundle with her for 5 custom wood etch signs and asked her to make stands for custom basketball hoops that I purchased for an event, she never gave pricing she said she has to see them first to price them. Sometime later I dropped off the hoops to her in order for her to design a custom stand so I can use them as centerpieces. I spent close to 400 on the fancy hoops for a bridal shower! The day of my first event she contacts me and tells me that she forgot about Memorial Day and the acrylic for the menus didn't arrive yet! It's Friday Memorial Day was that Monday! You had all week to contact me to let me know that it may not arrive, this was the first problem! I tried to be understanding I know things happen, I then Stopped in the middle of setting up an event designed a menu and sent it to her to print with card stock paper, she said she would bring menus and plate settings I gave her the address and time the event started. Hours later she then tells me that she cannot bring anything because she tripped and broke the plate settings and sign! I explained to her that this was unacceptable to bring me my items. She showed up 30 minutes after my event started and brung the name plates with the wrong saying! I said whatever and still used them! Another person of my team asked her for the menus she said I left them in a friends car I'll be back. At that point I told her I was leaving and to not bring them. Next day I contact her and asked her what time will the hoops and custom Sign be ready! She told me the next morning. Sunday come around which is the day of my next event she contacts me at 9:30am and tell me that she waited as long as she could and she had to leave to set up other events! She did not contact me to say hey your order is ready for pick up or anything! I then ask her if there is anyone home who can set them outside she says no (she usually will set your order outside if she leaves) she then tell me she will be back by 3 and we can connect around that time. I told her that it was the time my event started and I was trying to be done by 2:30. She then responds and says that she won't be back by that time she is in Tracy setting up for another event! So yet again I don't have the custom hoops, custom hoops with stands or custom sign. She refuses to give me back my money saying she don't owe me anything! NOOOOOO!!! Do not order from this lady. She does not deliver. I ordered a lamp December 8, 2019. I paid for the lamp in for December 28, 2019. I have been trying to meet with her since January 2020. She has missed multiple meetings. She contacts you back to make you think she's going to meet with you when she has no intentions on doing so. We were supposed to meet March 2, 2020 10:30 AM in Vallejo California. I emailed her as she requested I didn't get a response and I left Vallejo at 11 AM. When I got home I contacted her To request a refund. She emailed me back saying that I will receive my refund within 3 to 5 days. The day the items were supposed to be delivered I was told she would arrive in the evening time went pass no communication from her I reached out via text and Instagram and was told I she would come first thing the next morning of the event I even offered to pick the items up.
