The saleslady, her name is Kaitlin, at the counter told me that she was closing out before my turn. So, I have to moved to another counter. So I noticed she cleaned the other counter and after a few minutes went back to her counter and ask customers to ring their stuff. All the while I thought she will closed her register, but no she just don't want to ring my stuff. So I complain about what she did, she mentioned because there's a long line to where I was in que. So I was upset and I told her that was a stupid decision on her part. She lacks customer service, so she called her assistant manager and even her manager, don't know what customer service is. Not even an apology for what her colleague did to me. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE ANYMORE!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Texted several more times when I got there. Waited around and texted some more. Finally, they texted me back after I was long gone. I had already reserved glasses, chairs, tables, and linens to rent with this company and wanted to look over the wine glasses to make sure they were nice. The owner or whoever never showed up. According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. Balloons are just one piece of the overall execution Mary can do! We've worked now with Mary for a few personal life events from baby shower, to birthday, to now a recent family retirement party. Mary understands the vision and importance of each and every special moment, and offers valuable suggestions and insight for your special day. She's a gem in the industry, and we're so happy our paths crossed because her work is consistently amazing. Mary is innovative, talented at her craft, and understands what each and every event needs in order to not only be successful, but flow with ease. The additional touches are what sets her apart from others. For example, we didn't have picture frames but had several pictures printed for a recent retirement party for my dad..she used corks to prop the pictures up table-side and that small and unique touch was such a conversation starter during speeches/dinner with our party guests, and added such a cool element to the overall tablescape. (My dad was in the wine industry) Looking forward to future kiddo parties with Mary!

The party was at a local park in Alameda, and Jump Jump & Away was one of the park's preferred vendors since they have insurance paperwork on file. After checking their website, and Yelp of course, we felt comfortable renting from them. The entire process was seamless. The instructions were very clear. For parks, you must also rent a generator. There was also a travel fee of $80 to Alameda (but this may differ based on location). They texted me the day before to confirm their arrival time. You must be there when they arrive so you can sign the contract. They arrived right on time, and the entire setup took about 15 minutes. You must also wait for them to arrive for pick up since you don't want to leave the bounce house unattended. They were prompt with pick up as well. The bounce house was the hit of the party. We got the 13x13 and it was plenty big for at least 8-10 kids in there. It was sturdy and in good condition. Rules are no shoes or food in the bounce house. Overall, a well-run, efficient, and reliable company. Would rent from them again.
