He answered a personal call during that time and showed that person "how bad" it was. The workers clearly don't realize that there are apps that translate their language to English. Additionally, I asked for a specific style and he was finishing up, I told him it should have been that style (maybe if he was paying attention instead of his personal phone call) so I had to spend additional time so he could fix it. I left the salon extremely disappointed because it wasn't what I asked for or wanted. Also- I understand a swastika means "well-being" in other religions, but given it's a military town, this other worker should be aware of the implication of wearing a swastika

Customer service was below par and prices are way to high for the area. Went here to have highlights and walked out with orange streaks all over my hair. I can say that not all the stylists seemed bad. I did see a couple girls walk out with their hair looking good. By afternoon the next day, the pointer finger of my left hand (not my dominant hand) had a major chip and middle finger had chipping on the edge. Fortunately I was able to get back in there just before they closed for Christmas and they fixed it best they could but it was a hardship on my time. I didn't know the name of the polish and couldn't find the match but found one similar enough. I thought gel was supposed to be long lasting but not this time. The redo is still chipping at edge of middle finger.
