When I finally get to the front I wait another 10 or 12 minutes because they couldn't find my medicine . They are the ones that sent me a notification telling me my medication was ready, that is ridiculous. Looks like it time to move somewhere else.

I explained FedEx drops off packages at USPS for delivery. Then claimed because the label didn't say FedEx they couldn't take it. I looked up the tracking on the FedEx Website and it showed them it was FedEx. Then it changed to "we can't take those labels you have to drop it off at a FedEx store". So after telling me it wasn't FedEx they tell me I need to take it to a FedEx store. Didn't even want to scan it to check.

I would give a zero…read more Warning, warning. If you are ever in Lawton Oklahoma, and you have to go to Walgreens on Sheridan for something. Don't go there needing to use the bathroom. They will not unlock the bathroom door. They would rather you piss yourself in their store than in their toilet. I had to pick up a prescription for my daughter. I usually go through the drive thru window. However I had to go to the bathroom and decide to go inside. I finally found where the bathrooms were and read that bathrooms ARE available upon request. I went up front to ask the cashier. She got on the intercom and called code 33 (I guess it means open the bathroom). I went back to wait for them to show up. After waiting a few minutes I really had to go. I walked back to the front and asked again stating I really needed to go. The cashier stated that she will be there in a minute. I went to the back again to wait. After waiting a few more minutes nobody ever showed up and I ended up urinating on my pants. I contacted the local manager and told her about it. The response I got was everyone was busy and couldn't just drop what they were doing to open the bathroom to an older disabled veteran with urinary issues. Not that she cared or anything. When I told her I pissed myself all she had to say is sorry in a sarcastic tone. This Walgreens clearly doesn't care about the customers, I am a paying customer (I didn't walk in just to use their bathroom). If you are getting older and can't hold yourself like when you were younger, don't go here needing to use the bathroom or want good customer service. If they don't want paying customers to use the bathroom they should put up a sign stating No Public Restrooms Available. Then I wouldn't have waited so long for someone who wasn't going to show up. I guess Walgreens was saying piss on the customers.

It still looked like a bowl cut in the front after saying three times I wanted a 50s style haircut. Not only that I paid $48 with a tip included for my son that's 12 years old. He literally came out crying and is now very insecure about his hair. When he got to my car there was hair all over his shirt (like a large amount) and his hair wasn't even styled at all. Mind you this was the second time she fixed it. I asked for a refund of half the cost and they denied to do that. The corrective haircut itself was not worth $48, nor was the experience. Men's Haircut
