I chose them because of the positive reviews and was expecting a careful, professional brow service. My appointment was with Riley, who I understand is also the manager, which made my experience even more disappointing. There was no consultation whatsoever before she started. Riley never asked how I normally wear my brows, what shape I wanted, or whether I wanted my brow hairs trimmed. My brows were naturally full with longer hairs, and she trimmed them extremely short and tweezed them, completely changing the look of my eyebrows. If she had simply asked me beforehand, I would have made it very clear that I wanted to keep my brows full and did not want the hairs cut this short. The service is listed as approximately 20 minutes, but I was in the chair for about 8 minutes. The entire appointment felt rushed, especially for a first-time client. I left extremely disappointed, and now I have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back. For a first-time client, I believe there should have been a consultation before making such a noticeable change to my brows--especially when the person providing the service is also the manager. Sadly, this was not the experience I expected after reading the reviews, and I would not return for eyebrow services.

Today I went in to see Daisy to have her do a fill since I still had some lashes left from the other place. It's a very cute place and tons of parking. When I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror, I couldn't believe how beautiful they looked!! Daisy is wonderful at what she does. She's extremely talented and very detailed. I've been getting my brows waxed by Ronnie for a few months. At my last appointment when I arrived…read moreat the salon only one car was in the parking lot, I asked if she was the only one working and she said a few other girls were there. I never saw another person in the salon, that's not to say they definitely weren't there but had I known the salon was normally closed on Sundays I would have scheduled another day. The appointment was available on her scheduler like any normal appointment. Conversation also seemed in my opinion inappropriate and unprofessional. During my first few brow sessions with Ronnie my brows turned out great. I prefer fuller brows which was what I got the first few times. She normally leaves the center of the brow full and I've discussed how that's important to me. This time she waxed all the way to the center of the brow. To me it seems like she took off more than she has before. She's also filled them in at each of my previous appointments, but she didn't this time. I drive pretty far for this appointment and pay more than double what my previous brow artist charged for peace of mind that my brows would turn out well. Because Ronnie specializes in thicker brows I expected to have consistency with how my brows were waxed. Unfortunately, that's not what I got so I'll be looking for a new brow artist.

Unfortunately, after my experience today, I will no longer be returning, giving this place my business, or recommending it to others. I had a brow threading appointment scheduled for 2 PM that I booked three weeks in advance at my last service. I'm also taking a trip tomorrow, which is why I made sure to book my appointment ahead of time. At 10:30 AM, I reached out to confirm that the brow lamination and tint were included with my appointment. They responded that the brow artist (the owner) who was scheduled to do my brow threading had to leave early for the day and asked me to come in at 12 PM or 1 PM instead. I explained that I would not be able to make either of those times because I had already planned my day around the 2 PM appointment, which I had booked weeks in advance. I ultimately rearranged my workday and moved several things around so I could make the appointment, especially since this was such a last-minute change on their end. I drove 30 minutes in the middle of the day to get there and arrived at approximately 1:20 PM. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't see me because I wasn't able to make the 1 PM time and arrived at 1:20 PM instead. Before I even arrived, they had already told me over text that the only option would be to reschedule for Wednesday because they were closed on Tuesdays. I explained that this was not a realistic option because I'll be taking a trip tomorrow and that I should have been given more notice about the schedule change instead of being asked to rearrange my day at the last minute. Now, at 4 PM the day before my trip, I'm left scrambling to find a new place to get my brows done, which has added unnecessary stress to an already busy day. I have never had an issue with the quality of their work, which makes this experience even more disappointing. As a business owner, your number one priority should be taking care of your customers, especially long-term customers who have supported your business for years. Instead, the only response I received was essentially, "We changed your appointment, and it's your fault that you couldn't make it within the timeslot we provided 2 hours prior so we can't see you." It goes to show that as the business has grown, the level of care and consideration for long-term clients has gone down. I understand that things come up, but as a business owner, she should have been the one accommodating me or trying to figure out a solution rather than leaving me hanging after the changes were made on their side. After six years of being a customer, I expected much more consideration. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I will not be returning, giving this place my business, or recommending it to others.
