Kim is a nice girl but it's true, the lashes don't last long. But my biggest problem was the type if glue she uses. I've had lash extension's 8+ times with many different artists, but this glue made it so unbearable to wear after 1.5 weeks. My eyes hurt and it was painful to continue to have the lashes. I usually don't write bad reviews but I felt like I should about my situation so someone else can avoid losing a lot of money. I started following Pretty Girl Lounge about a month ago and followed Kim's work on Instagram. After looking through her work & watching her posts, I decided to save my money and get my lashes done because I loved her work & trusted she knew what she was doing. I got my first full lash set on Wednesday, July 26th. They looked incredible when I left! I absolutely loved them and so I left a good tip. I was really happy to find someone who did such a good job close to home. However, on Friday, July 28th which was only 2 days after, my lashes started falling off in chunks. I sent Kim a message about them and asked her if she could fix them. She didn't respond so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited until Saturday. She wrote back asking who I was. I told her my name and she did not respond again after. I waited assuming she was busy but by Saturday evening, I still did not get a response. I sent her a message and basically said if she was not going to fix them, I wanted her to at least respond to my message so I could remove the lashes that were left. She finally got back to me that evening and said she would fix them and would give me a discount but this time only. I was shocked. I couldn't believe that I paid $110 for a set and a tip that only lasted me 2 days. The least she could have done was fix them and then if there was an issue, charged me the next fill. It's really disappointing that I saved my money to have my lashes done and I had to take them off after 3 days. I am not telling anyone to not go see her, however, I just wanted to share my experience with her to make others aware. I think people often put good reviews right away after a good experience without waiting to see how the customer service ends up being afterwards. I understand her prices are good but at this point, if I would have known, I would have saved a little more money to go to someone that I could trust down the road. In the beauty industry, I think it's important to make your clients happy since it is a privilege for them to save money & have them go to you for your services. Again, this is just my story and a warning to everyone that is considering this place for their lashes. It's up to you in the end what you do. read more

This place is TERRIBLE. There is no exact address on the website and me and my daughter drove around for 20 minutes trying to find this place. When we called there was no answer and we had to call at least 15 times before a lady answered very rudely and told us that we didn't have an appointment even though we had the email confirmation for our appointment. Easy to set up an apt , very friendly and nice however my eyelashes started falling out the very next day. I thought possibly just a few may fall and it was over Christmas and a busy time. I called after Christmas as I had a lot of spaces in my lashes at this point . She offered me 5.00 off my next fill. I declined. I will not go back and do not recommend her services . read more
