Both driven by young adults who aren't what I would call "neat freaks". I am an engineer and very picky and detail oriented. Mario exceeds all my expectations and provides amazing results. I had never experienced ceramic coatings before, but on his recommendation, I had him apply it to my new 2024 Subaru Outback a couple years ago. Wow, it was worth the extra work as it makes the car stay so much cleaner for longer periods between washes and is super easy to clean once it's dirty. My car had soap all over the front when I came out. The only good thing is they provide the towels, so I could finish scrubbing off with the car wash. The vacuums don't have enough suction to stay in the holders. The parking lot surface needs redone as well. There is so much water puddled that your shoes are dirty getting back in your "clean car." I tried to wave down an employee to request a refund of the day because I have a monthly membership. And they just looked at me while standing over by the check-in kiosks. When the car was ready, I sat inside and was very disappointed again. The job was still not done properly. I raised my concern and requested a refund. Instead of helping, the employees became rude and unprofessional. I don't understand why proper training and quality control are not in place, especially for a location that has so much potential. It's a great location, but the level of professionalism from the employees is very disappointing.
