From the beginning, we agreed to their conditions, including paying two months' rent as a security deposit--well above the standard--just to help get things moving quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately, after two weeks of back and forth, the process turned into a frustrating runaround. For the past three days, I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails--yet no one has responded. No calls returned, no follow-up, nothing. This kind of lack of communication and professionalism is not acceptable, especially when people are relying on you to help with such an important matter like housing. I had hoped for a smooth and respectful process, but sadly, that hasn't been the case. I'm not happy with how things have been handled.

This place is still a shit show! Don't waste your time here. PM Residential took over this place…read moreabout 2 years ago and has been nothing but a big joke. Cars vandalized, mailboxes broken into, and the star disappointment; the billing system here sucks!! Many of the residents are fed up, and the current joke of a leasing manager is always "closed because of meeting" or "our office is closed for training". Seriously folks, glad this is my last month at this place, the nonsense that we have had to put up with is absolutely ridiculous! 90 degree weather and the leasing manager says, "please be patient as we know your AC unit is broken", but god forbid if you have a billing question, you'll find an bullshit eviction notice on your door. Yet, they refuse to take care any of the current "maintenance issues", because, they say "we are short on staff". Utilities here are a joke as well, if the wind blows the wrong way, you'll lose electric. Oooh the pool they brag about; vandalized three times already because of the certain ethics they lease to that have "8-9" living in one unit, and live like pigs. Then, we suffer because of the roach and rodent problem. This is just the basics, I've included some of the stupid emails they have sent that are generally sent during your work hours. Things like, we are washing the sidewalks, oh, we are not doing that now, and be sure to be present for fire inspection, then never have anyone show up. The best is how many times the pool has been shut down for "maintenance " which in reality was someone took a dump in the pool, and had sex in it. Sound fun yet, but PM RESIDENTIAL, allows these clowns that run the office to continue with this agenda. The residents are fed up. BBB has been notified, and soon maybe a class action suit needs to be brought against this business.

They stole a large deposit from my daughter because her ex husband ruined her credit. The place is full of drugs, criminals, unsupervised juveniles that terrorize other kids tkick doors and run, smoking all over the property and every time you walk out it smells like marijuana. It's infested with ROACHES! This is why my daughter had to move out. For a year she would have to wash every pot or pan before using it. They were in the dishwasher with clean dishes, in every cabinet, even the shower. One was crawling over my 15 year old grandsons head on ceiling. Had to move the boys out and in with me while she dealt with this disgusting issue. She asked for pest control every week since she was charged monthly for it. Didn't do any good. So she paid $2k a month for a roach infested apartment. The roaches were the worst the last year. She lived there 3 years. Her apartment was extremely clean and decorated like a model apartment.
