They delivered high-quality customer service from the moment we walked in for the meeting with Mr Houston to the moment we stepped out of the limousine at the repass location. We wanted to purchase our casket from another source and Mr. Houston was very accommodating of our wishes. He took the time to explain different types of cemeteries and interment systems so that we were able to make well-educated decisions. The information was clear and had no tricky fine print in the contract. The pleasant, homely ambience of the funeral home encouraged us the celebrate our dad's life rather than mourning a loss. Due to the pandemic, accommodation is restricted to 30-35 persons in the funeral home, which was fine for our family. We were very pleased with the dressing and makeup of the body.
