I cannot recommend Daniela and Ferri Photography enough!…read more When it came to wedding photos, I was hoping for lots of natural photos of our friends and family, a couple of formal group shots, some photos of Marc and I (for our mums) and some piccies of us getting ready in the morning...but there are soooo many wedding photographers, with such a huge variation in prices that it can be a little daunting looking for someone that can fit into the madness of your family and friends!! I have to admit I was a little nervous about this, as we were so busy in the run up to our big day, that we'd never actually met our photographer before she appeared on mum's doorstep early on the wedding morning. Anyway, I am sooo glad that I found her! Here's why: - She was so sweet and enthusiastic, and fitted right into our family as we got ready... - She includes an engagement shoot with all her packages (although we didn't make use of it as Marc hated the idea...) this might be useful for save the date cards... - Her prices are reasonable. The whole day was just over £800, including all the digital files, so although it was one of our more expensive wedding expenses, she was worth every penny. - She took SUCH pretty photos of my friends and family, dancing, giggling listening to dad's speech...she was even up for taking jumping photos of us. Yay! - She was speedy with editing and sending our pictures...they had arrived home before we got back from our honeymoon. - Last, but not least, I LOVE her photos! They look sort of light and dreamy and really suited our rustic country wedding. Daniela is based in Northamptonshire but is happy to travel, so if you are getting married, seriously, just book her!!

Creating Smiles is a great little photography studio in Milton Keynes. They're a bit like Venture…read moreand do quite modern and natural family portraits. We've been to Venture previously, and whilst they were really good quality photos, the prices were just sky high. Creating Smiles was much better value, about a quarter of the price for the same thing as we had at Venture. They were really friendly, it was a very relaxed and fun photo shoot and the images they managed to get of us are just superb. We went away with far more than we planned for, but paid less than we budgeted. Would recommend to anyone, wanting their photos done.

Sylvia took the time to attend the venue with us prior to the wedding, to work out suitable places for photos to be taken. On the day Sylvia was professional, friendly and helped us to relax whilst having our photos taken. We have now received the pictures taken and are really pleased with the results, they exceed our expectations and cannot wait t share them with our friends and family. We want to share how great Sylvia was and would recommend Colour-art.

Sylvia did our wedding photography. We could no have been more disappointed. She turned up at the…read morehouse where I was getting ready on time but had very little input with taking the contemporary photo's she had promised us. She left twenty mins ahead of me to get to the church and take some photo's so she missed me leaving the house and in the car etc. I can not describe how let down we felt when she then showed up at the church some 45 mins later. She missed me getting out of the car and and the entry to the church along with the first half of the service. All of the photos she took after this were from the back of the church with little variation. After the ceremony Sylvia was given a list of the group photographs I wanted which she failed to even look at. There were again none of the contemporary photos we were promised. She had no ability to direct the group or ask for every ones attention as a result all of the photos have people looking away. Certain family photos i requested were also missed. After everyone else made their way to the reception venue we stayed to take some photos in the beautiful landscaped grounds that surrounded our church. These all have the same poses. Sylvia made no effort to ensure that my dress was sitting properly when taking photos of me from behind. Again she left ahead of us to go to the reception venue so once again no car photos. Once again she turned up late to the venue about 10 mins behind us. The photo's through out the day ware unimaginative and repetitive. Not at all what we asked for nor what we were promised. Hiring Sylvia was the biggest mistake we made for our wedding day.

Rachel has several arms to her photography business, including wedding, boudoir, still life/print…read moreand business branding photography. I needed some shots for my business press packs of me in various poses from business-like to more laid back and relaxed ones. As a coach and business consultant I need to be both business like but also approachable so having the right photos was important to me. Rachel is extremely relaxed and she is very open to ideas, but like many of us, we just struggle as soon as we get in front of the camera to set the right tone. This is when Rachel comes into her own. Full of ideas and patience. I did various clothes changes with Rachel and she never clock watched once. She really took time to develop the scene and it all seemed very natural. I've been a model so it was hard at first for me to come out of 'model pose' mode, since that was not what I wanted to portray! Rachel got me out of the 'model mode' without me being aware of it. HA! Very lovely lady to deal with and yes, I'm recommending her to everyone I know who either wants the same as me or a different service she offers. Brilliant lady and I love the pictures! Professional and high value service.
