We hired Sylvia to be the photographer at our wedding in April 2014. We could not have been happier with the service we received. Sylvia took the time to attend the venue with us prior to the wedding, to work out suitable places for photos to be taken. On the day Sylvia was professional, friendly and helped us to relax whilst having our photos taken. We have now received the pictures taken and are really pleased with the results, they exceed our expectations and cannot wait t share them with our friends and family. Sylvia did our wedding photography. We could no have been more disappointed. She turned up at the house where I was getting ready on time but had very little input with taking the contemporary photo's she had promised us. She left twenty mins ahead of me to get to the church and take some photo's so she missed me leaving the house and in the car etc. I can not describe how let down we felt when she then showed up at the church some 45 mins later. She missed me getting out of the car and and the entry to the church along with the first half of the service. All of the photos she took after this were from the back of the church with little variation. After the ceremony Sylvia was given a list of the group photographs I wanted which she failed to even look at. There were again none of the contemporary photos we were promised. She had no ability to direct the group or ask for every ones attention as a result all of the photos have people looking away. Certain family photos i requested were also missed. After everyone else made their way to the reception venue we stayed to take some photos in the beautiful landscaped grounds that surrounded our church. These all have the same poses. Sylvia made no effort to ensure that my dress was sitting properly when taking photos of me from behind. Again she left ahead of us to go to the reception venue so once again no car photos. Once again she turned up late to the venue about 10 mins behind us. The photo's through out the day ware unimaginative and repetitive. Not at all what we asked for nor what we were promised. Hiring Sylvia was the biggest mistake we made for our wedding day. read more
