So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

I hired her for move in / move out deep cleaning. The house was empty and there was no trash. I needed her to actually clean, like vacuum and wipe surfaces. She showed up by herself, with her husband driving her and sitting in the car, light equipment, and texted me 1 hour later that she is all done. I came back and none of the cleaning I requested was done. I wipe surfaces and it shows a lot of dust which is exactly what I told her to clean. It was getting dark and she was getting aggressive demanding money. I sent her the money to make her go away and I was going to call the police if she did not. Later, she said she won't actually come back to clean the house and make it right, because I already paid her; She gloated about this, saying that I can't do anything about it because I paid her already. Her attitude was very entitled and her tone was that she did me a favor. Her pricing was higher than a 6 person crew that came to clean a house twice the size, that showed up with a lot of supplies, and spent 7 hours deep cleaning.
