I do not recommend this company to anyone. I used them for a engagement party. The driver had an attitude. He didn't want to do what we contracted him to do. The owner was supposed to set up wineries and breweries and never did. The driver talked bad about the owner. After giving a good tip, the owner kept calling multiple times to say we needed to give more. It was a very frustrating and stressful experience. Do not use them. read more

I can speak of two very positive experiences with Prestige so far! The first was my friend's wine tour last weekend which went great. Our driver, George (Doc), was friendly and accommodating, even when we had to ask him to park elsewhere while we checked out one winery that said we couldn't have a limo on premises. I've since booked Prestige for a brewery tour I'm planning. Chuck and Kim have been super helpful and flexible in booking the limo, even allowing me to come check out their vehicles before booking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU CONTRACT with this company for your child's prom/ball. If the vehicle sits idle at all, they let any parent of any child in the party say they contributed towards the cost and then they can take the vehicle, pick up friends, drink, smoke, eat and drive around until they feel like returning, causing the children to stand around waiting to be picked up when the parent's joyride is over. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Lets start with super rude office staff. Lets move on to a driver that was late and when asked about it shrugged off the whole thing. Then we get into the limo, on the hottest date of the summer - NO Air Conditioning in the back. The radio didnt work, the blue tooth was sketchy at best and none of the extras were available. We brought our own cups, napkins, and ice after being told those things would be in the limo. read more

I booked Prestige limo for my wedding day on 7/17/21. I'm leaving this one star because of the fact that the limo showed up on time and the driver was nice. However, if you remember July 17th of this year... it was a monsoon. It DOWNPOURED the entire day which we tried not to let ruin our day.. but when the limo they sent you DOESN'T HAVE A WORKING RADIO, it kind of puts a damper on trying to forget that the weather is absolutely horrible. The radio did not have a working Bluetooth player, the USB port didn't work, and the only "solution" the driver could offer was that we could use an Aux cord. I don't know about you but I don't travel around with Aux cords. He should have AT THE VERY LEAST been able to produce one for us so that we could enjoy music. I was beyond lucky that one of the groomsmen HAPPENED to have one at the hotel we were staying at. Otherwise I would be asking for my money back. When you send a PARTY BUS to a wedding for a day, you should probably ensure that your radio works. Just saying. Kind of a big piece of why people book limos. I should also add that when sending a limo to a WEDDING, you could throw in some champagne or some ice and waters. I've gotten ice and waters for every single limo I've ever booked for wine tours, birthdays, etc. But on my wedding day?- nothing. Kind of disappointing when I paid over $1000. Again, your drivers were nice people, and both punctual (I booked two separate limos that day).... and that's the only reason why I would leave 1 star. read more

Maybe formal or prom quality but I would not recommend for anything more serious. The pictures they post on their website misrepresent the limos, in reality they look like they drove out of the 1990's. I rented one for my brothers bachelor party and immediately felt embarrassed when our group got inside, besides the low quality interior they didn't even have a cable to provide for plugging in music. They were prompt in picking us up and did accommodate us all night so that was a positive but it did not feel like a luxury or classy experience. Terrible. Hired them for our wedding because they were the most reasonably priced out of the three places I looked into. Paid close to $800 for four hours, and the next month they put out a promotion that they wouldn't apply to my contract. When they called me the day before the wedding to confirm the times, I told them the most important thing was that I was at the church 30 minutes before the ceremony started. There were numerous ways to get from each pickup location to the church (he was supposed to pick up the guys, bring them to the church and then go back for the girls) but every trip he made, he took 104, which is pretty well known for heavy traffic and almost constant construction. I got to the church 5 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start, which made us rush through the first look (my husband and I wanted a few minutes alone before the ceremony), then everyone in the church was waiting 10 minutes for the ceremony to start. After the ceremony, the best man told him where we were going for pictures, the driver acknowledged it to him and we got in and left. Fifteen minutes later, we realized we were no where close to where we needed to be and found out he was taking us to the reception venue. So then we had to re route and easily lost 20 minutes, in addition to the time we lost by starting the ceremony late. While we were getting out for pictures, the driver told me (he bride), "You know you only have 5 more minutes, right?", at which point I asked the best man to talk to him. We rushed through pictures as fast at possible and he dropped us off at the reception and left. I also really didn't appreciate how they tried to dictate to us what tip we were supposed to give the driver and requested cash. Tips should be based on the service received and when I'm already paying $200 an hour for a driver that doesn't take the right way and gets us to each location later than previously discussed, a $150 tip is absolutely undeserved. read more

This is, without a doubt, not only the worst limo service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, possibly the worst business in general I have dealt with. We hired them them for our wedding, and when the driver opened the door to let the bride out to enter the church, the driver shoved a new contract in her face that specified an additional $5 was due and also that a $120 tip was due (in cash, he wouldn't take a check). She was not given a copy of this contract, but essentially forced to sign it (or else the driver would have left, forcing her to find another service 15 minutes before the ceremony was to begin). Later the driver, when letting me (the groom) out of the limo for the reception, started asking me about the cash tip. Apparently what had happened was that my wife sent him to her parents, who informed him that he'd get his tip, but it would be a check or money order so that it could be traced. The driver circumvented this by later asking me instead, knowing I had not had a chance to talk to them yet. When we called the owner to complain, he denied that any of this had taken place. Even aside from that, all three people I dealt with at this company (the owner, his secretary/daughter, and the driver) were extremely slimy and unpleasant, often outright rude. Prestige charged my credit card the security deposit BEFORE I signed any contract, and did not tell me that 1) they planned to do so before getting the contract back from me or 2) that they had done so after the fact -- because the receipt was the contract I never signed! I decided to go with another company and thus never returned the contract. Ten days later, a woman from Prestige called me from a blocked phone number, yelled at me, berated me for not "cancelling" with a separate call (but wait, I didn't sign the contract to reserve them in the first place!) and made threatening comments about recording the phone conversations. Prestige Limo ruined my bachelor party. My groomsmen reserved a limo to make the ride out to Niagara Falls and the bus promptly broke down at a rest stop and wouldn't start back up. Instead of gambling and taking in the Canadian Ballet, we were stuck at a rest stop for two hours while a replacement bus was sent to get us. Prestige may need to invest in some more maintenance personnel. While the driver and the staff were pleasant, the actual service that my buddies paid for was terrible. read more

During these difficult times, my daughter and her fiancé decided to forgo a big celebration, and just have a small wedding with parents and siblings. This family and company were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. They were accommodating, professional, and informative. The driver Brian, was absolutely fantastic. I worked with Kim to reserve the Limo. She was very pleasant and helpful with explaining the size of each limo as well as offering us the 2+2 deal which they typically do not do on New Years Eve. We rented a eight passenger super stretch limo. Our driver, Rob, showed up aprox 10 minutes early. He already had our itinerary and it was all programmed into his GPS. We wanted to make one change and add an additional stop. Rob was very accommodating and was fine with adding the additional stop. He was very professional and polite. The limo was exactly as described to me and was very nice and extremely clean. We had a great time and when we were ready to come home it only took Rob 2 minutes to come once we called him. My wife booked Prestige for our wedding and I was very disappointed with our service. First, when she called to confirm our reservation, they reminded her several times of the tip amount. During that conversation, I heard her say that we needed to be to the church by 2:30pm for our 3pm ceremony. My groomsmen and myself were dropped off at 1:45pm, which was perfect. However, the driver took the worst routes to pick up and drop off the girls. This ultimately lead him to arriving at the church at 2:55pm. After the ceremony, we told him where we were going for pictures and he took the wrong route and got us to our destination at 5:20pm. He then proceeded to tell us how we had 10 minutes left for pictures. My brother handled it but it was something we didn't need to deal with. Needless to say, he did not get the $150 tip we were told to give him. Don't use this company. They are incompetant and rude. I gave them a 1 star because 2 stars says "Meh. DO NOT HIRE PRESTIGE! Astonishingly unprofessional service that ruined the end of my wedding. In brief: 1) The driver got locked out of his van and apparently had no backup - one of my guests actually drove him back to their main office to get him another key. More importantly, he failed to let any of my waiting guests know that he was going to be delayed. 2) He blamed getting locked out on my handicapped mother in law, (who mysteriously was able to lock the entire van from the passenger side seat?!?!) 3) He ABANDONED nearly 20 guests at my venue; never returning to get them after he got back to his van. Furthermore, he LIED to me telling me that he had gotten all my guests and brought them back to his hotel. I didn't find out until the next morning that my family and the reception venue had to personally drive everyone back. 4) After all this he had the gall to call me up an hour and a half later and demand I pay him overtime. He actually fought with me in the hotel lobby at 1:30 in the morning, This is AFTER he'd received his MANDATORY 20% gratuity (which we had paid earlier in the night so that we didn't forget!) 5) The company fully supported their driver's side of the story, offering nothing, and instead lying to me once again. (e.g. they claim they didn't know how many passengers they had to pick up, even though that's written in my signed contract!) Use any of the other excellent driver services in Rochester and don't let them ruin your important night! read more

Worst service I've ever been given. This company notified myself the day before my daughters prom that checks weren't an acceptable form of payment. I then tried to pay with credit; apparently I couldn't pay with credit and all they would accept is cash. Not only was this all last minute but on top of all of that members at prestige didn't think my daughters plans for after prom were 'worth' purchasing a limo. My husband and I were EXTREMELY disappointed with our service. They charged our credit card without us signing a contract and without our permission charged a tip for the driver (which was on top of the tip we gave in cash). We were trying to take our pictures for our wedding and the driver kept interrupting us-which began to spoil our wedding photos!! Kim was very disrespectful and I would NEVER recommend her or Prestige to anyone. I highly recommend looking somewhere else. **Would NOT recommend Prestige to anyone.** We used Prestige for a limo to transport the bridal party and a shuttle for guests. The drivers were really very nice, but the limo driver got LOST and could not find the ceremony location. I would expect a professional to make sure they look up directions to the synagogue ahead of time. It would have been completely disastrous if the groom did not have a smartphone to look up directions. Also, upon my interactions with Chuck (one of the owners?), I see that he has some MAJOR emotional/psychological issues, which he is unable to keep from interfering with his business dealings. He was completely rude and called me on Yom Kippur of all days, when I'm sure he knows I'm Jewish since I got married at a synagogue. For those who are unaware, Yom Kippur is the most important of all Jewish holidays, and he called me on that day for no reason other than to basically b*tch me out. Totally unprofessional. read more

I was very disappointed almost from the beginning. They didn't advise of surcharges when providing a quote, didn't notice it until I had to sign the contract & they had already charged my credit card the deposit that was non-refundable. We ended up not needing it as long as we originally thought, asked for a refund for the additional hour that they had charged but was told nothing was refundable, we ended up not giving the driver a full tip because of this. My contract also stated a case of water would be provided, which it wasn't! Driver wouldn't go over 55mph on the thruway and NO ezpass, between the slow driving & no pass we ended up being 15min late to our first destination. We will NEVER recommend this company. Mancuso's and S & S maybe a little more expensive but definetly worth it. read more

The driver we had for our Bachelorette party was so nice and did a great job. We tipped him over the 20% recommended amount. When we were booking our wedding, the office staff was so rude. They reminded my 3 times in one phone call about the required tip amount. After the first time the office staff told me, I cut him off and told him I was aware of the gratuity agreement in the contract. He started talking over me and repeated the gratuity agreement 2 more times. Really? Are you kidding me? I know what's in the contract and I know how to read. It's so distasteful. The next time I called to request the same driver they did nothing to accommodate me. They never even got back to me about it and when I called back a month later to see if they had contacted the driver they had no idea what I was talking about. They had never even tried to accommodate me. When we arrived at our reception on our wedding day I was gathering my personal items including the tip money. One of our groomsmen tipped the driver a few twenties while I was looking in my purse for the 20% tip. Instead of being greatful for the additional tip he made a rude comment to the groomsmen. By the end of the day we gave him almost a 28% tip which amounted to over $200. Apparently the driver didn't think this was enough. I am so disappointed I didn't choose S&S limo. Next time anyone asks for a limo company recommendation I will be sure to tell them not only to book S&S limo but also never to book with this company. read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. I booked them for my wedding...they showed up to pick up my wife..and her bridesmaids. The driver pulled up to the house and then took off..they needed that car for another wedding in Syracuse?..the car they sent to pick me and my grooms men up..broke down and over heated in front of my home...the y sent a replacement car which was outdated, dirty, and to top it off...the car was blk...I spoke to Chuck..whom was rude...arguementative...unprofessional. I've since then discontinued the use of there services for my company, I've passed my experience on to my colleagues. I would never recommend this company for anything!. Absolutely horrible. Had an event to pick up several friends and guests for. One had recently undergone neck surgery and was in a brace....for this reason, we booked a stretch SUV. No call ahead of time, and a party bus showed up. No call to change the reservation or let us know that our stretch SUV wasn't available so we could make arrangements for our guests comfort. Party bus showed up and at this point it was too late. Called it a "free upgrade", but it was the roughest riding vehicle (with a passenger in a neck brace) I have ever been in. Air conditioner leaked water all over guests. Interior was in very poor shape and condition. Just an awful experience. Called to discuss following, and was told it was a "free upgrade" and that they wouldn't discount anything on the payment. Use a limo service 10-15 times a year, and will never, ever, ever, call Prestige Limousine Service again. The worst I've ever rented. read more

I had a horrible experience with Prestige Limo back in 2012. We had rented a limo bus from Chuck (owner) to take a group of us to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls for a Bachelor Party. The bus broke down in Buffalo and we lost 2 hours waiting for a replacement bus. The replacement bus was much nicer than the one they initially gave us and more like the one on their website. Chuck refused to refund any of our money but instead promised us if we ever needed a limo, he would "take care of us" - his words. So, a few weeks ago, we wanted to get a limo and go up to the Canada for my friends 40th birthday (the same friend who the bachelor was for). First off, Chuck pretended he didn't even remember the incident. It wasn't until we sent him photos of the contract and an actual picture of the bus broke down in Buffalo, that he found his memory. Still, he refused to keep his word and insisted he did in fact give us a refund which is a out right LIE. The best he would do was $600 for an 8 hour trip to Buffalo - RIDICULOUS! Thanks Chuck for sabotaging my best friends bachelor party and then not coming through for his 40th birthday. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would HATE for anyone else to experience the disrespect we had to. The owners were pleasant to deal with UNTIL their limousine BROKE DOWN, not once by TWICE in a four hour span. I had used their limo service for my sister's Bachelorette to go on a wine tour. The very pleasant and respectful limousine driver, Marc, was great all day, despite how much trouble the limo was and his bosses. The limo pulled into our driveway on time except it was smoking and leaking fluids everywhere. The owner, Chuck, called a mechanic who happened to be down the road, he also claims he had another limo leaving the office in case the mechanic couldn't fix it. After an hour and a half later the mechanic claimed to have fixed this problem, no other limo showed up, and we were forced to use this vehicle. Due to this delay I had to cancel all winery appointments and create not only a new route due to their closing times but new last minute appointments. After having to ask and negotiate, Chuck gave me 15% off the contract, which I thought was for the inconvenience. Although later I found out that it wasn't for the inconvenience it was because he paid for the hour and a half the limo sat in my driveway and anticipated that we would still be home at 4pm per the original contract and prior to the limo breaking down. I had to explain to him that this was not our fault it broke down and that we should not have to end our day earlier because of his inconvenience. Once on the road the limo drove okay until our ride home when the limo overheated again and we were forced to pull into a Denny's parking lot. Fortunately we were 10 miles from home, BUT UNfortunately, we were NOT home, per our contract the service we paid for was to be brought home! According to Chuck the 'plan' was to let the limo cool down, put everyone back in the limo, and 'try' to get home and pull over again if need be. To me, this was not a safe plan and I was not about to put my family and friends back into this limo and CHANCE getting home. Which is when we were forced to call husbands and fathers to pack up their children and/or leave work early to come pick us up to bring us home. At this point I called the company again and was forced to speak to the co-owner Kim because Chuck had 'left the building'. Being a family owned business you would think they would understand how hard this was for family members to pack up their children, leave work early, and to have to come pick us up because we were stuck at Denny's. Instead, Kim rudely and inconsiderately insisted that this was not her/the company's fault, she would only give me $50 off the bill, and she got us "3 miles from home, what else more do you want?!". After she would not speak to me any longer the call was ended and continued throughout the next week. At this point, the owner who originally was FULLY involved would no longer be speaking to me, going as far as using a cover-up name when I called asking to speak to him. I again was left to deal with the careless Kim who would not be refunding me any money, not even the pity $50 because she was upset over a review that was written by another woman who helped PAY for the service that she was not given. After listening to her yell and rant I tried to explain to her that this woman had all the right to write a review considering she helped pay for the service. She claims that 'only the person whose name is on the contract should be able to write a review', therefore, as the person's name who is on the contract, here is my review of the limo company that I will NEVER be doing business again with and I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone, not because an 'accident' happen and the limo broke down twice, but because of how rude, disrespectful, and not sympathetic for the fact that the bride-to-be, her family, and friends were stuck sitting outside of a Denny's because the limo broke down for a SECOND time in one day! Do not be fooled with their pleasantry prior to signing a contract, you will regret. read more
