The drivers arrived earlier than the scheduled pick-up time, which is reassuring when you need to make a flight. Michael and the driver for our second trip were professional, friendly and courteous. He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). Thank GOD my daughter was able to call Rochester Airport Transportation and Tewodros Beyene called her back and let her know that he would pick her up in 1.5 hours (which is the distance from Rochester Airport and Alfred University). From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . There goes 200 dollars down the drain all because they can't find it in their heart to give it back after an hour of booking an appointment months in advanced. Argued with Jen over this and she was terrible. Emailed the owner... got zero response. Contacted the better business bureau and they lied to them. I wouldn't give this business the time of day. Overpriced assholes.

She was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. She assured me that everything would go off without a hitch and that we could trust in our driver, Roxy, to show us a good time. The night before our first day of touring, I received a call from Roxy. She introduced herself and let me know that we had been upgraded to a limo bus! I was so surprised and so excited for the next day. Our Saturday and Sunday touring wineries on Seneca Lake was a total blast. The limo bus was new, clean and stocked and ready to go for us.
