We did not get a response until we received a second demand for payment. Would be great if the owner would respond professionally to us instead of ignoring our concern. AND one of the solar shades STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. I doubt anyone would agree to pay for a product not installed correctly and not working as it should. I know you don't want to experience that and neither do I. My patio has a lot of exposed wood beams and the God Damn wasps love to build nests on them so they can lie in wait for me and my loved ones. They especially like it when I BBQ. I decided to take the advice of many of my neighbors and enclose my wood beams with aluminum soffit and fascia. The wasps are not impressed with aluminum and it solved 95% of my wasp problem! I called one of my favorite contractors and he was out within a week for a very reasonable estimate. He promised to get it done the next week and he kept his promise! As you can see from my before-after pictures, the change is huge and the work beautiful. This is the second time I have used him, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again!
